The paper considers the basic principles of mediation, its possible goals and part in the legal system. With the help of analysis of the sources and experience of practice, the authors reveal significance of mediation in the context of the legal system and possibilities of its use for effective resolution of disputes of all kinds.

В статье рассматриваются меры противодействия взяточничеству как коррупционному преступлению в уголовно-правовом аспекте. Показано, что Уголовный кодекс РФ (УК РФ) является действенным инструментом политики противодействия. В последнее время много сделано в сфере борьбы с коррупционными преступлениями, однако статистика показывает, что количество данных преступлений, и, прежде всего, взяточничества, продолжает увеличиваться. Это говорит о необходимости совершенствования уголовного законодательства. Автором также рассмотрена проблема взяточничества в органах внутренних дел.

The article is devoted to the principles of patent law as a fundamental beginning of the regulation of intellectual rights to inventions, utility models and industrial designs. The paper presents the tension regulator of the Shuttle thread of the sewing machine, which consists of an arc-shaped plate spring, has two holes, the first for fixing the screw to the side surface of the bobbin cap and the second for the adjusting screw. In this case, the width of the plate spring along the entire length is the same. A disadvantage of the known design of the Shuttle thread tension regulator is that it is not possible to provide thread tension due to changes in the pressure force of the plate spring along its length in the areas of contact with the thread passing between the plate and the side surface.

And the frictional forces prevent even rectilinear motion by inertia, the body will stop, continuing to rotate around its axis, if the body has satellites. The authors emphasize that if the body moves, it means that there is someone who moves now, or there is, or was someone who moved before, and it, those-lo, moves by inertia.
