Как отмечает автор представленной статьи, коррупция как социально-правовое явление представляет угрозу национальной безопасности, ущемляющую жизненно важные интересы личности, общества, государства в целом. Коррупционными процессами поражены все сферы общественной жизни, в том числе – экономическая сфера. В статье показана прямая связь между коррупцией и теневой экономикой. Раскрываются их сущность и составляющие элементы, а также негативные последствия теневой экономики, распространению которой способствует коррупция в органах власти и управления.

The article proposes a method for calculating the taxonomic formula for the geoecological hazard of the cadastral district. The engineering-geological zoning map uses for calculating the balance of the territory by the hazard index – the basis of the taxonomic formula. The taxonomic formula as an open data set makes it possible to characterize the geoecological hazards of the territory of a district. The geoenvironmental hazard map of cadastral districts is necessary for regional model of spatial planning at the municipal level.

The research presented in the article is aimed at revealing common main tendencies of agricultural development considered in the light of one of the pressing problems of modern Russia – the problem of import substitution. The methodological basis of the article was the monographic, statistical, logical and other methods of analysis. The main approaches to understanding the concept of «import substitution» are presented in view of the multiple interpretations. The main problems in the sphere of agricultural production have been revealed, hampering the process of import substitution. The results of the work can be used to further study and conduct a deeper analysis of the current state of import substitution of food and agricultural raw materials in Russia.

Polymer materials have become widespread in the modern construction industry due to their cheapness and variety. With regard to their popularity at the present time there can appear the issues of their toxic and fire danger. The work has studied the samples of two floor synthetic building materials. The results of the determination of the fire hazard indicators of materials (combustibility, flammability, smoke ratio) showed their compliance with the current certificates. The authors have studied the properties of gaseous combustion products of samples by the method of thermal analysis and FTIR analysis. The results of chloride ions analysis according the formula of Maxwell-Mohr in thermolysis products indicate the toxicity of the materials studied.

According to the authors, every day a number of threats to information security increases, and this requires an increase in resources (systems) of information protection of organizations and enterprises. If you need to establish control over the leak of confidential information there appear a number of questions of conformity of decisions with the legislation and regulations. This article describes the issue of compliance functionality of a DLP system the provisions and requirements of the legislation in the sphere of protection of family and personal secrets, as well as compliance with the Constitutional right of citizens to privacy of correspondence.

The theoretical aspects of determining the level of economic availability of food were researched; the factors of influence on its value based on statistical trends were justified; indicators that form the dynamics of consumption of certain types of food by different sectors of population depending on the size of their incomes were identified.

The article presents the scientific principles applicable to the investigation of various types of freight transport: road, railroad, water and air. The article describes a chinch bug Kleidocerys resedae (Panzer, 1797) as a pest of deciduous trees. The main purpose of the work is to determine the percentage of damaged deciduous trees of different types, which were damaged by the pest bug and the influence of climatic factors on their numbers. The main work results are the following: calculated percentage of the trees leaf blades damage, the researcher has indicated the percentage of deciduous trees, damaged by bugs, presented a phenocalendar of a chinch bug development and the occurrence of pests’ frequency in number. The author concluded that the main limiting factor, affecting the increase in the number of bugs is a high moisture level in Almaty.

В статье изучается современное состояние национальной безопасности, а также уровень терроризма и наркотрафика в Республике Колумбии. Анализ качественных показателей террористической преступности позволяет выявить конкретные формы преступной кооперации и их организационно-функциональные характеристики. Доказывается, что терроризм в колумбийском обществе тесным образом связан с организованной наркопреступностью, что предопределяет становление и развитие такого социально-криминального явления, как «наркотерроризм».

Предлагаемая статья посвящена изучению вреда, который может быть причинен источником повышенной опасности, и проблемам, которые могут возникнуть при возникновении обязательств, связанных с компенсацией причинённого вреда. Основанием возникновения обязательства по возмещению вреда, причиненного источником повышенной опасности, выступает наличие причиненного вреда. Определение основания возникновения данного обязательства позволяет установить условия его возникновения. В качестве таких условий выступает наличие источника повышенной опасности и установление причинной связи между действием источника повышенной опасности и возникшим вредом.
