Управление в школе ХIХ – начала ХХ веков базировалось на четко обозначенных в нормативно-правовой базе функциях различных должностных лиц. В статье представлены результаты педагогической деятельности, отраженные в источниках того времени и введенные в научный оборот специалистами в современных публикациях.

В данной работе рассматриваются проблемы реализации правовых норм в области экологии, сделана попытка определения той деятельности человека, с которой связаны основные экологические проблемы общества. Охрана окружающей среды человека основана не только на нормах права, но и на естественнонаучных знаниях, что подчеркивает социально-правовую актуальность проблемы.

Деятельность человека, отрицательно влияющая на состояние природы и окружающей среды, сегодня является одной из глобальных проблем общества. Изучение антропогенных факторов, оказывающих воздействие на экологию окружающей среды, а также поиск практических решений проблем, возникающих вследствие этих воздействий, стали предметом исследования настоящей статьи.

Одной из наиболее глобальных проблем в настоящее время является употребление алкогольных и слабоалкогольных напитков населением нашей страны. Статистика показывает ужасающие цифры. Чрезмерное и систематическое потребление алкоголя приводит к алкоголизму, который характеризуется непреодолимой тягой к спиртному, а также тяжелыми физическими и психическими расстройствами.

Деятельность человека, отрицательно влияющая на состояние природы и окружающей среды, стала одной из наиболее глобальных проблем в обществе. Психология этой деятельности требует уточнения факторов и причин, побуждающих человека разрушать не только природу, но и окружающую среду. Вместе с тем перспектива исследования заключается и в том, чтобы определить правовые особенности защиты природы от антропогенных факторов, найти практические способы решения проблем, возникающих вследствие этих воздействий.

Как отмечают авторы данной статьи, в процессе жизнедеятельности человек изменяет окружающую его природу, формируя среду обитания под себя и свои нужды. Природная (естественная) составляющая среды обитания неминуемо претерпевает изменения, которые нельзя назвать эффективным результатом взаимодействия человека и природы, природы и общества. Следовательно, требуется правовое регулирование той хозяйственной деятельности человека, которая наносит несокрушимый вред естественной среде обитания (земле, воде, воздуху, животному миру).

Юрист, работающий в социально-правовой сфере, является субъектом профессиональных (межличностных) и общественных взаимоотношений, участвуя и управляя собственным деловым общением. Авторы статьи отмечают, что профессионально-деловые взаимоотношения с юридическими лицами, коллегами, потребителями услуг и т. д. выстраиваются на принципах субъект-субъектного взаимодействия.

This article considers the question about introduction and development of Russian mediation institute. According to the authors the adoption of the Law on Mediation testifies that the state gives a new impetus to the process of constitutional state formation and to the development of alternative methods of dispute resolution. The problematic aspects of the mediation development are described in this article. As the results of the study the authors suggest to enhance the effectiveness of media-tion, which is a special form of interposition.

Abstract: this article is devoted to the interconnection of national and international law by the example of court practice of European Court of Human Rights (international law as an example) and Russian Constitutional Court (national and domestic law as an example). Autor is exploring which law is more important for Russia and which norms are more valuable – norms of international law or norms of Russian law, for example, its Constitution – the fundamental law of the country, discusses the rule of international law and state sovereignty. The author describes ECHR problem realization, the problem of their implementation and the role of ECHR and Convention in Russian Conventional Law.

This article discusses the issues of application of rules of international law on the territory of individual states and collisions resulting from this due to the need to comply with the national constitution. The constitutional courts of the member states are forced to solve these collisions on the basis of principles of national law.

This article determines the mechanism state property management, presents a study of formation and the main trends of legislative regulation of state property as an object of management, examines the legal characteristics of the phenomenon of state property, as well as the nature and significance of the state assets management, substantiates the systemic nature of state property management, presents an analysis of the legal framework of the mechanism of administration in the sphere of exercising state property right, investigates the problem of increasing the efficiency of legal support of the dynamics of administrative relations, the latter having state assets as their object.

Legal and organizational aspects of regulation of work of employees (serving) banks and other credit organizations are considered. Specifics of activity of banks and other credit organizations attract need of improvement of the legislation governing the labor relations in this sphere for the purpose of reduction in compliance of established practices and standard legal support. Problems of absence of unity of terminology in the legal acts which are the cornerstone of regulation of work of employees of banks come to light; features of work of bank workers that doesn't allow to provide full protection of their labor law aren't defined; the set of shortcomings of system of compensation in the bank sphere takes place. Conclusions about need of improvement of the existing labor and banking legislation, and also local legal acts of banks for the sphere of the organization of work and its payment are drawn. Elimination of the revealed shortcomings, according to authors, will allow to strengthen legal guarantees of work of employees of banks.

The article aims to analyze the approaches of the German legislator and the criminal law doctrine on the system of the Special part of the Criminal code of Germany. The author considers different points of view of representatives of the German criminal law according to the doctrine on this issue. In conclusion, the Special part of penal law of Germany as a science and a branch of the law should be primarily based on existing legislation, i. e. the criminal code of Germany, including the rules of the Special part.

With the development of cooperation between Russia and China, the legal relationship will become closer. Translation activities play an important role in this regard. Translators often face with typical translation difficulties, this article discusses various problems of the translation.

The article explores the ways to optimize the size of the printed guide. As a result, being an edition with creolized text, the guide has components, which modernization will facilitate the introduction of interactive features into traditional genre model. As specific examples, the author offers to use activity elements in the printed guidebook from the formats that are widely used in children's literature, namely from the panorama book (three-dimensional images, inserts, paper engineering) and travel diary («journaling»).

Under the modern reform of social and legal sphere in the Russian state and expansion of citizens’ legal consciousness it is important is to understand legal consciousness review as a unique and holistic phenomenon. The author analyses current rules of the state which promote legal consciousness of convicted minors. The research presents the modern understanding of such phenomenon as legal consciousness review of convicted minors as a condition reflecting individual’s consciousness in understanding laws and statutes.

The article discovers the problem of application of Chinese legal aid system, which is very low. The problem should be solved as below. The author suggests strengthening the education to investigators, changing the way of employing legal aid lawyers and clarify the content of the right informing and applying for legal aid system. These actions application might well improve the situation.
