В статье отражено влияние процессов глобализации на развитие финансового права в России. Влияние глобализации на правовую сферу любого государства является одним из основных вопросов развития, функционирования права как внутригосударственного, так и международного.

Рассматриваются управленческие возможности такой категории, как правосознание. Авторы отмечают вовлеченность в данный процесс такого субъекта, как государство.

В данной статье рассматриваются проблемы квалификации преступных деяний, связанных с незаконным доступом к охраняемой законом информации, для которой законодательно установлен специальный режим ее правовой защиты. В работе раскрыты основные особенности таких проблем квалификации преступления, предусмотренного ст. 272 УК РФ, как трактовка понятия «неправомерный доступ к компьютерной информации», определение в деянии лица вины в виде умысла. В заключение авторами предложены пути решения исследованных проблем.

The article reveals the political views and legal ideas of the Grand Prince of Kiev, Vladimir Vsevolodovich Monomakh on the basis of the analysis of his works. The great statesman sought to show the problems of different areas of life of the ancient Russian society in his writings, but the prince's main ideas had political and legal content. Only a meaningful analysis of the political and legal views of Vladimir Monomakh will allow us to understand his point of view concerning the political and legal conjuncture of the Old Russian state.

The article formulates the definition of the mechanism of legal regulation of socially important markets as elements of the core of the social sphere and its tasks, the set of factors that determine the effectiveness of this mechanism of legal regulation is substantiated. Статья посвящена вопросу поиска содержания термина «рейдерство» не как научного, а как основанного на законе механизма противоправного поведения в сфере экономики, выраженного в официальных документах правоприменения. Исследованная часть судебной практики не всегда под рейдерством понимает исключительно преступную деятельность, зачастую включая данное крайне общественно опасное деяние в разряд гражданско-правовых споров, что с точки зрения авторов не совсем оправдано.
