The author notes that human development is closely linked with the growth of the educational level of the population, which is a prerequisite for economic growth. The analysis showed that in addition to state investments in education household spending on education is also important. The level of these costs through the saving-generated or the consumer families behavior model. Saving behavior of households and the high prestige of education in the countries of the Asian model of behavior show the high potential of human development.

The article substantiates the need to identify the nature of franchised assets, study of their composition and the analysis of the peculiarities of their formation and functioning, as well as their evaluation. Concepts of assets, contributed by a franchisee and franchisor in the development of the franchise network are given. В статье рассмотрен порядок определения необходимой величины собственного капитала для обеспечения платежеспособности страховщика в соответствии с Директивой Solvency II Европейского парламента и Совета, а также отмечено, что установленная Solvency II стандартная формула нечувствительна к индивидуальным особенностям портфеля конкретной страховой или перестраховочной компании. Как следствие, увеличение сложности расчетов может не привести к увеличению степени достоверности результатов. Автором предложена модель для объективного определения необходимой величины собственного капитала с учетом актуарных характеристик страхового портфеля, в котором приняты во внимание случайный характер страховых выплат и наличие неопределенности исходных данных, использованных в расчете страховых тарифов. Данная модель может использоваться в качестве элемента внутренней модели страховой или перестраховочной компании в соответствии с Solvency II.

Статья посвящена особенностям и наиболее интересным с технической точки зрения нюансам проектирования и разработки мобильного клиента для операционной системы Android информационного клиент-серверного приложения «Mobile Report». Данный проект ориентирован на социальную сферу и направлен на обеспечение эффективного и своевременного взаимодействия между студентами, преподавателями и дирекцией Казанского Федерального Университета и ее подразделений-институтов в направлении решения организационных, инфраструктурных, хозяйственных и других проблем. Особое внимание уделено проблемам передачи данных в нативных Android-приложениях, также рассмотрены особенности реализации клиент-серверной архитектуры (описан вариант реализации гибкой иерархии исключений) и предложено решение проблемы отсутствия интерактивности всплывающих подсказок актуального на данный момент API Google Maps.
