The article presents ways of development of a technological platform of the Russian economy and a role of new technologies and «human factor» in providing its competitiveness at a post-industrial stage. The author offers: education systems development, use of channels of the international migration of a skilled labor force, forming of the national market of new technologies, enhancement of interaction with the world market of new technologies.

Poultry industry has been developing very fast in recent years. Expanding speed of production in modern terms is characterized by increasing of poultry meat and eggs export to the world market with satisfaction of domestic market. The article described tendencies of export of poultry products on the world and European food markets, investigated use if European export quotas, defined ways of export increasing of poultry meat export to the European food market.

The article also examines the organizational framework, sources and order of financing of sports organizations, particularly the mobilization of resources specific to Russia. On the materials of the target program «Development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for 2016–2020» it is shown the decisive role of budgetary appropriations, the forms of their use.

The authors believe that Russia today loses the strategic directions of sports development: effective interaction between the state and business, management of sports industry, sport propaganda, attraction of investments and innovative technologies, at the same time, the state is realistic about the sport today and is moving in the direction of changes for the better. According to the authors, an example of this can be the implementation of the strategy of development of physical culture and sport for the period up to 2020. The article notes that the state should increasingly focus on creating favorable conditions in the direction of decentralization of management activities, preferential tax treatment, to give place to business in the sports industry, promote healthy lifestyles and to strengthen control over the fulfillment of social functions of sport development.

The article discusses the reasons of rejection of Bicycle transport. It is noted that the main causes are the heavy ecological situation in Moscow and a large number of vehicles. The authors note that according to the Department of natural resources 90% of pollution is caused by the road transport. To solve this problem, the authors offer to use bicycles and to develop a network of cycle routes and excursions, improve the quality of bike paths to connect them together, to approve the rules of the road (SDA) for cyclists, which will reduce the number of accidents with their participation. The article presents strong arguments in favor of the development and use of bicycles and bicycle tours.

This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

This article considers the question about introduction and development of Russian mediation institute. According to the authors the adoption of the Law on Mediation testifies that the state gives a new impetus to the process of constitutional state formation and to the development of alternative methods of dispute resolution. The problematic aspects of the mediation development are described in this article. For the production of individual splints it is necessary to take into the account various geometric parameters of the working model, based on which the necessary material is selected and the thickness of the future product is determined. The article describes the latest methods of making protective athletic mouthguards, including with the help of modern CAD/CAM systems.

The article reviews the purpose and tasks of satellite monitoring of railway transport, reveals the development of global satellite navigation systems of the US, Russia, EU and China – space and user segments; of ground telecommunications satellite systems – control segments of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and Beidou; domestic developments in satellite technology. Considering techno-economic and socio-humanitarian perspective, as well as the geopolitical nature of satellite monitoring, it is recommended, firstly, to expand significantly the range of user’s equipment GLONASS, to improve its technical level and quality, and secondly, while choosing the satellite constellation to support domestic technological development.

The article analyzes ecological reforms of Uzbekistan’s industrial towns, especially towns of Tashkent region, during the years of Independence. The analysis shows the improvement of ecological balance, as a result of governmental arrangements undertaken for solving the ecological problems in the town. The article demonstrates the abatement of industrial pollution as a result of re-organizing industrial factories by investments. The statistical data shows the reduction of air pollution by deleterious waste in the town, which was caused by the effect of industrial plants reorganization that phase down during the first years of Independence, as a joint venture and technical and technological re-equipment of them. The ecological state of each industrial town is analyzed separately in the article. The author uses governmental decrees, periodicals, documents of town hall, archive data, as well newspapers and magazines that show eco-environment of the republic.

The authors consider the Khakas linguistics to be poor in studies of compound words, including the history of studying. The results of the research can be used when studying morphology and syntax of the Turkic languages, particularly, the Khakass language.

Coping behavior is a combination of coping strategies and coping resources, it’s like constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts of the individual, which help him to manage internal and external requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.

The paper analyzes the inventory control of the emission of greenhouse gases in the Sverdlovsk Region, and defines the emission trends. The relevance of such analysis is emphasized by the fact that the situation in the Sverdlovsk Region may be the same as in other industrial regions or in Russia in general. The paper determines the key emitting industrial facilities. The authors analyzed the current situation with low-carbon development in Russia, and revealed its relation to the competitiveness of both of the country and of the specific economic entities.

The article outlines the results of studying the major problems concerning supporting competitiveness and quality of dairy products in the Crimea. The researchers compared the level of competitiveness of the dairy enterprise ltd. «Бег» with other brands of milk and suggested measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of competitiveness management of dairy products in this region.
