The article deals with the organization of the market of container transportation by rail and water transport. The authors came to the conclusion that due to the excessive supply of transportation capacities, which will remain a fundamental problem of the world container market at least until 2019, negative dynamics of sea freight rates will be monitored.

The article examines the current state of the international road transport market and its features in the Russian Federation. The concept of international road transport of goods is given and their main advantages before choosing other modes of transport are listed. The main problems of international road transport of goods at the present stage are analyzed and possible ways of their solution are given. This work considers questions of origin and formation of the Yaroslavl football club «Shinnik». The characteristic of infrastructure of the stadium is given, as it was planned to carry out its reconstruction initially by 2010 in honor of the millennium and further inclusion of stadium in the list of the cities in which the FIFA World Cup will be held is studied. Origin of boxing and its formation from amateur boxing to professional is considered in article. As rules of conducting fight from Ancient Rome and as the boxing became the Olympic sport changed up to now is studied. The box demands from the fighter physical force and endurance, excellent reaction and coordination, the perfected equipment. Skills of the boxer are poured extremely effective in extreme situations when it is necessary to stand for itself, for the relatives, for justice.

In this article the characteristic of various psychological technologies usage in sport is given. The psychological methods used by sports psychologists for studying relationship in team and drawing up individual psychological cards of the athlete are represented. On the basis of the diagnosis and drawing up psychological cards of athletes selection of candidates can be made in the process of training, as well as during the competitions and preparations for them, that allows to improve the personal qualities of athletes.

The article concerns the issues of trashing flaps of mung bean, technology of harvesting, the construction, producing thrashing of the flaps is proposed. Existing three methods of threshing mach culture are presented and analyzed as well as ways of thrashing are described. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods are overseen. According to the patent study the most appropriate device for thrashing of this culture is pointed out. According to studied properties and characteristics of the leaves and mung beans, a new method of threshing  mung bean flaps based on the features of this culture is proposed.

This article is devoted to the illegal seizure of a vehicle without intent to theft it. The constructive elements of the crime are analyzed, namely, the subject, the patrimonial, specific and direct object of the crime provided by Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Attention is paid to the reasons of the spread of this type of criminal assault in the conditions of the modern criminal situation. The relevance of the chosen topic in the context of Russian criminal law is explained.

The paper presents an analysis of the motorization level in the Volga-Grad region. The lack of places for temporary storage of cars in Volgograd was confirmed and influence degree of parking insufficiency on the deterioration of traffic conditions and the risks of the occurrence of road accidents were assessed. Theoretically were justified and proposed options for the organization of temporary storage of vehicles on the example of the Central District of Volgograd.

Biofeedback is a technology of diagnosing physiological processes in real time, during which the patient receives information about the state of his own physiological parameters and conducts its self-regulation in the feedback mode organized with the help of microprocessor technology. In sports cardiology, biofeedback mostly stays in demand, aimed at cardiorespiratory synchronization of heart rate variability. The aim of the study – to create an original correcting method of heart rate variability with the use of biofeedback in athletes training for endurance. The study included 61 people (men aged 20-34 years without diseases of the cardiovascular system). The main group (n = 36) was made up of athletes who predominantly train for endurance. Initially for 30 minutes after training all athletes conducted a study of heart rate variability (HRV) according to a standard procedure. Next, by the method of random numbers athletes were divided into three equal groups (12 people each). Group 1 (main) received cardiothoracic sessions. Cardiorespiratory training was conducted daily. The course consisted of 5 sessions, each of which included 8-12 samples of 120 s each. Statistical processing of the obtained data using a single-factor dispersion analysis did not reveal significant differences in the parameters of the athletes of the study groups. It was found that the total heart rate variability after cardiorespiratory training sessions increased by an average of 33.5 ms (or 69.5% of the baseline, p = 0.002). When analyzing the HRV indices in athletes after watching motivational videos and in the athletes of the comparison group, statistically significant differences were not revealed. Thus, it was the original method of biological feedback that had a significant corrective effect on the indices of heart rate variability in athletes training for endurance.

To come to result, the athlete should pass through enormous pressure, to show the character and persistence, the will to win. It is difficult to be made alone. Therefore, psychological technologies in sport are necessary.

Adaptive «Physical culture» is intended for disabled people training and persons with limited opportunities of health taking into account features of their psychophysical development, individual opportunities and the state of health, and if necessary providing correction of development disorder and social adaptation of specified persons. One of ways to involve into active social life and professional activity disabled people with certain deviations on health, to create favorable conditions for their physical, psychological and social rehabilitation is health and fitness and sports activity.

Межпозвоночная грыжа – одно из распространенных заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата. Однако ее наличие не означает отказ от активного образа жизни и занятия физкультурой. Цель данной статьи – узнать, какими видами спорта можно заниматься, а какими категорически нельзя при возникновении данной проблемы. Этот вопрос актуален тем, что в наши дни происходит сильная популяризация спорта и здорового образа жизни, а т.к. данная проблема весьма распространена, то людям необходимо об этом знать как можно больше.

В работе представлены результаты исследования, проведенного на базе ГБОУ Школа №1795 «Лосиноостровская» г. Москвы, по выявлению отношения десятиклассников к занятиям физической культурой и спорту.
