Проектирование энергоэффективного дома – это комплексная работа, учитывающая рациональный выбор теплозащиты ограждающих конструкций, выбор инженерного оборудования и эффективность использования источников энергии. Энергоэффективность имеет два аспекта. Первый аспект – это характеристики ограждающих конструкций, т.е. чем лучше характеристики у теплоизоляционного материала, тем меньше энергии необходимо на отопление дома в холодный период года и на его кондиционирование в течение теплого периода. Второй аспект – это обеспечение дома недорогой энергией, а также их рациональное использование. Рациональным и экономически целесообразным способом повышения энергоэффективности здания является сочетание конструктивных и инженерных мероприятий, при одновременном использовании современных энергосберегающих технологий.
