The article deals with the problems related to the reform of the rules of criminal liability for fraud in the Criminal Code of our country. A general description of the corpus delicti related to fraud and its species referred to in section 22 of the Criminal Code «Fraud and criminal misuse of trust» are given. Basing on the analysis of German legislation it was concluded that while reformation of the rules of fraud in the national Criminal Code of Russia the legislator took into account the experience of the Criminal Code of Germany.

The work is devoted to actual cultural and social problem – the typology of culture. The work deals with the possible criteria of the typology and analyzes the views of cultural studies and sociology classics on the subject. Great attention is paid to the idea analysis of N.Y. Danilevsky, M. Weber, O. Spengler, N.A. Berdyaev and other thinkers. The problem of typological affiliation of Russian culture is also investigated.

The author studied the features of the system approach in relation to labor market regulation. It was found that systematic approach is one of the most important methodological foundations of research and regulation of the analyzed market. It's appropriate to use it as a complex system in the current conditions of state development.

Using cognitive-conceptual analysis, the variants of of contensive correlation in verb formation of the English analytical phrasal verbs (with postpositions out, in) and German synthetic in nature prefixal verbs (with prefixes aus-,auf, ein-) with analytical derivation are considered. Notional (conceptual) synonymity of the role of of the corresponding English verbal postpositions and German prefixes in this process of perfective verb formation is analyzed.

The English phrasal verbs are analyzed as the analytical verb lexemes. The analysis is carried out through the binary role of the postpositions in these verbs – word-building and conceptual from the synchronic and diachronic view-points. The conceptual sets of the postpositions are presented and characterized. Special attention is devoted the postposition up.

This paper deals with the practice of modern integrated method of teaching physics and computer science in primary and secondary school, combining the method of computer modeling and project method. As an illustration, the article consider a fragment of a lesson on the topic «A study of motion of two bodies, abandoned both horizontally towards each other, using the method of computer simulation in the free spreadsheets OpenOffice.org Calc».

The author considers the development of logical thinking among junior pupils. The means of this development could be a systematic solution of non-standard tasks during mathematics lessons. Experience and experimental work confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed system of non-standard tasks in mathematics among pupils in the second grade.

Currently one of the urgent tasks facing the industry of catering is the development of resource-saving technologies of public catering production. The most important condition for the creation of a new technology is obtaining products not inferior to the quality comparing with the products made by conventional processing methods and by some indicators even superior to them, ie, meeting all the modern science requirements to human nutrition. All this confirms the need to study food products properties and changes at all the stages of the production process. The authors demonstrated the possibility and the need for resource-saving technologies application while cooking soups, also on innovative equipment; they conducted a case study by a written questionnaire, which revealed the need to develop recipes and resource-saving technology of cooking cereal puree soups; they developed the recipes of four kinds puree soups, using cereals and binary cereal compositions: "Puree soup with rice", "Puree soup "Lyubimy", "Puree soup with rice and smoked food", "Puree soup "Lyubimy"with smoked food" ; developed a resource-saving technological process of cooking new types of soups for multifunctional kitchen machine «VarioCooking Center VCC 112» (RATIONAL, Germany), according to which the total cooking time for puree soup is 22-25 minutes, depending on the type, respectively cereal and cereal with smoked food. The experiment established the organoleptic, physical-chemical and microbiological parameters of puree soup quality; defined nutritional and energy value of new types of puree soups: protein content, % within 1,48 ± 0,02 2,91 ± 0,07; lipid content, % within 2.15 ± 0.06 8.88 ± 0.21; carbohydrate content in the range of 6.75% ± 0.11% 8,52 ± 0,19; energy value, kcal within 59.08 120.30; developed regulatory and technical documentation for new types of puree soups, (TTC); by calculation proved the economic effect of the introduction of resource-saving technologies in puree soups cooking: the coefficient of labor input per unit of output fell from 1.0 to 0.3; the number of conditionally freed workers from production team was 2 people; annual savings of wage fund totaled 432,00 thousand rub.; energy savings - 48%, which amounts to 47,54 thousand rub. in a year; the reduction of production areas is 10.41 m; volume of production increased by 150%; annual economic effect from the introduction of resource-saving technology composes 775.22 thousand rub.

In the given above work the analysis of the theorist – methodological bases of management of the organizations as social and economic systems is submitted. Today it is obvious that for a survival in the market and preservations of competitiveness of the organization they have to make changes to the economic activity. In this regard it is necessary to pay more attention to increase of effective management of social and economic systems of branch in which they function. The question as the organization is essentially important can resist to the changes of environment often arising, but irregularly and is almost unpredictable; by means of what preliminary measures they keep the viability and achieve the planned objectives. As the practice showed that activity of the organization is steadier if it constantly watches the main components of environment, is able to rethink standard and to make unexpected administrative decisions in the context of effective management of social and economic systems of branch. Therefore to the forefront of economic development of the organizations there are problems of revision and reconsideration of bases of management of social and economic systems.

The authors proceeding from Marx's two product model of public reproduction consider: 1) necessary and additional labour and working hours; 2) necessary and a surplus value; 3) productive force and labour productivity; 4) division 1 (manufacture of the capital) and division 2 (manufacture of the income); 5) a fixed capital (public means of work), as productive force of a society and the income (consumer goods or vital means of a society), as a working capital of a society. The researches also show the structural formula of the end-product of society.
