This article considers the goals, tasks, principles and techniques of diagnostics results of pedagogical experiment on the development of students' readiness for intercultural communication in the educational space.

The changes of biochemical asymmetry of rats with different motor phenotype (left-handed, right-handed and ambidexters) during their adaptation to hypokinesia have been studied. It is shown that the development of hypokinetic stress in rats owing to restriction of their mobility leads to sharp activation of the processes of lipids peroxidation and to decrease of tiol-disulphate metabolism in brain cortex of animals with different phenotype of motor hemispheric asymmetry. The degree of studied parameters asymmetry changes in hypokinesia. There is a significant reduction of asymmetry coefficient till the inversion of its sign that testifies about decreasing stress resistance of an organism and adaptive possibilities to external influences.

World outlook value of results of ontologic researches of unity of the learned natural life by criteria of natural sciences is investigated; the concept of structural levels of the nature is estimated by the modern scientific version of an explanation of unity of a structural variety of life adequate to criteria of scientific character of multidimensionality of cultural experience of mankind; structural levels of the nature are characterized by stages of self-organization of the nature.

Results of researches of authors group in the field of increase at cutting efficiency by the ceramic cutting tool in the conditions of the automated manufacturing are given in this publication. Main types of cutting ceramics destruction are analyzed. Recommendations about the choice of failure criterion of the ceramic cutting tool in the automated manufacturing are made. The method of calculation of the main characteristics of the ceramic tool reliability, such as failure rate, probability of non-failure, probability of tool failure is developed.

Key and most difficult process in management of any organization is human resource management, as the author notes. Effective management control is, first of all, the correct, accurately built system of use of personnel resources of the organization. In the presence of optimum number of the qualified employees such system allows to achieve goals of the organization in the shortest possible time and with the minimum expenses. Questions improvement of a control system of the personnel in the conditions of increase of requirements to quality of public administration are particularly acute especially, this aspect defined relevance of a subject.

Author defines the need for using modern information technologies in the educational process of the higher school as stimulators for students' self-realization. Author haves found attributive signs and modalities of students' self-realization and described the related functions of information technologies – actual and potential. The actual contour is formed by such functions as: descriptive, representative, exhibiting, search- heuristic, imprinting etc. The contour of potential functions is made by such functions of information technologies as: reflexive, activation function, inclusive, motivating, self-manifestation, amplification etc. Together both contours of functions form the holistic information environment of opportunities for students' self-realization in the format the «person-to-person» educational interaction.

Training of senior pupils speaking English is a key problem in the context of their preparation for the oral part of the state exam. The structure of the oral part of the examination requires the student deployed reasoned monologic utterance, and the ability to ask logically questions in English. The English language in secondary school does not imply thorough preparation of students for this type of speech activity. Therefore, the teacher needs to develop and use special techniques that stimulate the process of speaking in students.

It is clear that didactic system, more and more becomes a man-machine (cybernetic) learning system with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Didactic Engineering – a methodology (theory, practice, diagnosis) organization to address didactic problems. This law allowed to disclose the reasons for the rapid sustainable development of the student, the key invariant ability, the role of knowledge in solving problems, and in general the fact why some people decide to professional problems more successfully than others. Developed can be partially implemented system and technology training of engineers in the metric format competency in a typical shell MOODLE or completely in a specially designed MYKNITU system (myknitu.kstu.ru).

Modern society increasingly places demands on the education system, the level of quality. At present, the education system is undergoing dramatic changes, but still faces some problems that inhibit the interaction of education with production and science. The article deals with the problem of the lack of media education of citizens and the need to introduce such a course in schools and universities in the conditions of the modern information warfare, which goal is the impact on mass consciousness with a view to its submission and enslavement in certain geopolitical goals. The author rightly raises the question of the means of protection against the manipulation with consciousness to be possessed by citizens, but since the technology of manipulation of consciousness is used by all the media and politicians, the question arises: is this profitable for the government to train its own citizens to counteract the manipulation.

The labour market is a place where a constant competition between candidates eager to get employment and those who want to maintain it takes place. Of course, the best chance of getting a job have people who are educated and qualified in occupations within a deficit group. We cannot forget that nowadays on the labour market there is a surplus of labour supply over demand. With such a competition, little chance of getting a job have people affected by social exclusion. They are, among others, people with disabilities, including intellectual ones. Another problem is the demographic changes observed in many countries of the world, which indicate that due to low population growth and lack of direct replacement of generations, the labour market will run out of hands to work. As a result of this, in many countries working age is extended. Authors assume that such treatments may not be sufficient and countries will have to use the resources previously unaccounted for or included in a small proportion, for example people with disabilities. This paper introduces reader to the system of supported employment. This concept, although new, is gaining more and more supporters. In the study the authors focus special attention on the future profession – job coach. They describe the qualifications necessary to perform this function, and also show the forms of professional development of a person employed for the job.
