One of the most important indicators in the study of the living conditions of workers in Vietnam is their social consciousness. What is the degree of social consciousness of workers and how to raise their consciousness in order to take part in building a more secure life for workers in Vietnam - the subject of this article.

This article considers the question about introduction and development of Russian mediation institute. According to the authors the adoption of the Law on Mediation testifies that the state gives a new impetus to the process of constitutional state formation and to the development of alternative methods of dispute resolution.
