The article describes the results of a study on school’s equipment with information and communication and computer technologies, provides a basic set of advanced hardware multimedia to mathematics cabinet that will achieve maximum availability of electronic educational resources for teachers and students, and also can be used as a universal model in many schools in Russian Federation.

The article describes the conditions of development and the main components of media education system and they are an integral part of the modern educational process. The main object of the study of this article are interactive multimedia learning resources hosted in the "cloud" educational portal. If educational resources are placed in "clouds" and access to them is operated from a secure browser, they will fully run on any computing device operated by any operating system and any browser. Thanks to centralized "cloud" solutions educational resource developers can provide support, updating and development at "cloud" portals throughout their whole "life cycle".

Annotation. The article shows the importance of the learning process of primary school pupils of electronic OV educational resources. The advantages of using these teaching aids, up to the training organization to the Internet.
