Применение любых методов требует оценки и контроля. В настоящее время условия хозяйствования как внешние, так и внутренней среды для организации постоянно изменяются. Это происходит из-за неустойчивой экономической ситуации в стране. Для того чтобы своевременно корректировать методы управления персоналом автором был разработан алгоритм оценки влияния маркетинговых методов управления кадрами на эффективность их труда.

В статье рассматривается маркетинговая активность крупнейших по размеру активов российских банков в период с 2011 по 2016 г., выражающаяся как количественными показателями расходов на маркетинг, так и качественными показателями лояльности. По динамике таких показателей, как размер маркетингового бюджета, чистая прибыль, МедиаИндекс, величина средств физических лиц, автор делает вывод о зависимости между исследуемыми показателями и возможными направлениями расходования маркетинговых бюджетов в кризис. Статья посвящена анализу современных видов рекламы в сети Интернет. Автором выявлены основные виды современной интернет-рекламы, их специфика и некоторые особенности воздействия на потенциального потребителя. Результаты проведенного анализа позволяют сделать вывод о дальнейшем росте популярности данного канала распространения информации, несмотря на негативное отношение респондентов.

The article describes the essence and role of intellectual development of the head of an educational organization in the conditions of innovative economy. It also reveals the content of managerial competence as a main factor of increasing the intellectual development of the head and his/her social effectiveness. The components, criteria and indicators of managerial competence of the head of the educational organization have been determined.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.
