В статье исследуются наиболее эффективные приемы партизанского маркетинга, позволяющие сервисным предприятиям повысить свои конкурентные преимущества в условиях инновационной экономики. Автором рассмотрено понятие «партизанский маркетинг» на нескольких примерах. В работе перечислены основные приемы партизанского маркетинга такие, как письма, корпоративный блог, обучение менеджеров и др. Приведено несколько реальных примеров эффективного партизанского маркетинга ростовских предприятий индустрии сервиса.

It also reveals the content of managerial competence as a main factor of increasing the intellectual development of the head and his/her social effectiveness. The components, criteria and indicators of managerial competence of the head of the educational organization have been determined.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

According to the author, automated information systems play a significant role in successful implementation of the strategy of modern Russian education. Результативность работы СМИ будет означать наличие интереса у молодых людей к проводимой государством молодёжной политике.
