В статье рассматривается проблематика практического применения в образовательной среде при проведении реставрационных работ различных способов соединения. Авторы отмечают недостаточность теории реставрации предметов прикладного искусства.

The relevant tasks are to implement new developments on restoration of bearing capacity of structures and the use of modern composite materials. Innovative developments in the field of restoration are a specific form of management of development of construction processes and technologies allowing to change the structure, organization and content of the reconstruction process as a whole. The subject of research are the new technological developments in the field of chemical and construction industry. The use of such developments allows us to solve the difficult tasks to prevent the destruction, and to give the historical uniqueness to the architectural monuments of world importance.

The research of rational integrated solutions for the preservation of historic sites in Russia today is a priority in the restoration, for the purpose of successful implementation of new methods and modern international developments on the restoration and conservation of monuments. Inner reinforcement discussed in this article shall be the most efficient and technologically advanced method of strengthening the internal structures of architectural monuments in their conservation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

В данной статье раскрывается актуальность изучаемой темы, описываются некоторые методы и пути формирования положительной мотивации в обучении младших школьников, рассматриваются некоторые психологические аспекты значений и роли проблемного обучения для становления мотивации.

Статья посвящена вопросам, связанным с защитой работником своих трудовых прав и интересов. Раскрыто понятие «защита» как в широком, так и в узком смысле. Дано определение понятию «восстановление на работе». Рассмотрены основные способы, посредством которых осуществляется защита трудовых прав работников при восстановлении на работе. В заключение приведены предложения по совершенствованию трудового законодательства в сфере восстановления на работе.

The conclusion is drawn that a promising technique for reforestation should be integrated into the flexible technology of harvesting, reforestation and forest fire-fighting using multifunction equipment.
