The article suggests that as part of the global transformation of the higher education industry, there is a gradual transition from the use of traditional teaching methods to student-centered teaching strategies focused on achieving educational outcomes. These principles are implemented within the framework of the OBE concept. The purpose of the study is to analyze the possibilities and methodology for reforming the “Principles of Economics” curriculum based on the OBE concept. It is shown that within the framework of the concept, teachers should clearly focus on developing in students the competencies they need 5 years after graduation. An area of research in the present article is process of obtaining new scientific knowledge in the Russian Federation. The factor of influence of institutes of a citation index on efficiency of scientific and technical progress acts as an object of a research. The main results of the conducted research are the sentences on saving of level of motivation of all categories of researchers consisting in implementation of full indexation of content of a scientific digital library of eLIBRARY.RU taking into account the available stratification, but, at least, with saving of full statistics of citings for the lower stratum now excluded.

The article actualizes the problem of increasing the effectiveness of training foreign students in the economic profile in the context of the subsequent provision of the labor market with highly qualified professionals that meet the growing demands of the current economic situation. The quality of students' training is considered from the point of view of the conditions for organizing a multicultural educational environment that meets the requirements of regional interaction and international cooperation. The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

The article considers the payment of medical services experience in a hospital with clinical and statistical groups, formed in the system of obligatory medical insurance of the Sverdlovsk region. Based on the analysis of statistical data shows that the use of this method of payment meets the challenges of the single-channel financing, allowing to influence the structure of hospitalization, the use of new medical technologies, the increase in operational activity and contributes to more optimal allocation of limited financial resources in the system of obligatory medical insurance.

As is known, the degree of one or another professional language research is characterized by the specialized monolingual and multilingual dictionaries. This article describes the existing dictionaries with recorded German, Russian and Tatar economic vocabulary. The Russian and German languages belong to the languages that have well systematized economic vocabulary and it is presented by the large number of the linguistic, encyclopedic and multilingual dictionaries regarding this field. The situation with the dictionaries of economics in the Tatar language looks different. Dictionaries on this subject have been published periodically and economic vocabulary of the modern Tatar language is recorded by the electronic dictionaries in recent times.

In this article, the author analyzes the specialties of the traditional Kyrgyz nomadic economics, which were reflected in the epic of Manas. The analysis of the given epic shows traditional life and activity of the Kyrgyz people and it describes different branches of economics like cattle-breading, agriculture, hunting, trade and hand-craft in epical form. Stockbreeding was the main source of public welfare, the cattle belonged to individual or large families. The materials of «Manas» epic show that the Kyrgyz people used to have an extensive nomadic stockbreeding. The people roaming in steppe areas, bred horses, sheep, cattle, camels – Kyrgyz people called these animals «four kinds of cattle».

The following article investigates the problem of russian economy transfer into a new technological structure which is possible only after accurate research of high-tech markets. A review of authors investigating markets is given and Vernon Smith's paper about experimental investigation of competetive markets dynamics was thoroughly examined. In addition to this the article represents the most perspective methods of holding the experiments in the field of economics and in particular in high technologies. The result of the work is an evidence that it is necessary to study dynamics of high-tech markets development by means of tools represented in the following paper and instruments of performing complex multi-agent dynamic systems research.

To consider business etiquette as an economic category, especially business etiquette of the Republic of Korea, the article identified the concept of "business etiquette" and "economic category", and also studied features of business etiquette in the country. It should be noted that the term "business etiquette" as an economic category is considered relatively recently, since previously he wasn't paid enough attention. But in nowadays world where business etiquette and etiquette in general, play a very important role in economic development it is impossible not to treat it as an economic category. Various methods were used during research, which allowed to expand significantly and deepen knowledge in the field of business etiquette and general economy, culture, business and history of the Republic of Korea: study and analysis of scientific literature, translation, analysis, synthesis, comparison, and others.
