The article is devoted to the financial diagnostics of premeditated bankruptcy in modern Russia. In the article, the main characteristics of premeditated bankruptcy’s mechanism in our country were distinguished. The current problems of premeditated bankruptcy’s diagnostics as well as possible solutions were introduced.

Present article is devoted to the consideration of philosophical aspects of suicide causes. The suicide problem is one of the most urgent problems of the modern world. Attention is drawn to different points of view regarding this problem. As an example, the thoughts and arguments of philosophers of different times are given. Having considered the views on this problem, the authors cite the relationship between the causes of suicide and the social phenomena of society. Particular attention is paid to the causes of teenage suicide, as well as the impact of social networks on the worldview of adolescents. The basic prerequisites of suicide are defined: alcoholism, drug addiction, depression. The article calls everyone to think over the meaning of life and over their life guides. The authors propose in the conclusion their own way of solving this problem.

The article analyzes the concept of «effectiveness of the state management» through the prism of the information society. The effectiveness of the state management is considered in risk theory. It is assumed that the forecasting of risks is an important criterion for assessing the effectiveness of management in the information society.

The research is aimed at increasing the efficiency in St. Petersburg property management. The study determines the concept of the public property fixed in the law. The structure of the public property and its division by the power levels are studied, the subjects of the public property management are revealed and the property management techniques are compared. The program «Management of Federal Property», which is implemented at the moment, is analyzed. Its compliance with the statistical data relative to the public property structure and its management is examined. The shortcomings of the program are revealed. The paper examines the features of St. Petersburg public property structure and its management. It analyzes the statistics of the use of St. Petersburg property. After examination of «management efficiency» notion, the criteria for the assessment of this efficiency are developed. These criteria are used in the integrated assessment of this efficiency in St. Petersburg property management. This assessment makes it possible to reveal the kind of property that is used less efficiently. The analysis of this type of property management enables us to find problem areas and develop suggestions in order to improve the situation. The result of the implementation of these suggestions into practice is the increase of the efficiency in St. Petersburg property management.
