В статье проанализированы признаки контрафактности продукции, в зависимости от которых указанная продукция может быть разделена на соответствующие группы. Автором дано определение понятию «контрафактная продукция». Рассмотрены группы контрафактной продукции, объединённые родовыми признаками. Исследователем приведена классификация двойников и имитаторов. Охарактеризованы основополагающие признаки контрафактного алкоголя. В заключение указана доля распространения контрафактных товаров в зависимости от области применения товара.

The article aims at studying the historiography of the Russian scholars' researches on the Oslo Accords. The key issue is about the role of these Accords in the conflict's settling. This subject includes the problem of territory, the status of Jerusalem, condition and status of the Palestinian refugees, acts of terrorism and political sphere. At the end, author deduces that there is not unified opinion about the Oslo Accords in the Russian historical science. Overall, lots of scientists consider these Accords as controversial and affectless.

Social psychology approach to cultural dynamics used by the authors formed within the framework of the cultural and historical concept is a comparative analysis of cultural-historical process that helps to identify its main characteristic features of a particular cultural community, which are the most sustainable socio-cultural entities (cultural forms) and perform translation-communication function of the culture impact on personality development and social relations. The authors concluded that cultural forms were the main determinants of socio-cultural identification with internal mechanism – cultural forms of thinking

The article is dedicated to the monument of historical and cultural heritage of the Buddhist monastery of Ajina-Teppa. When carrying out archaeological excavations, a large number of works of sculpture, painting and Buddha in nirvana were found here. Ajina-Teppa is a testament to the merging of traditions and images of Indian art into one organic whole with local, Bactrian-Toharistani ones. This monument is also important for identifying the origins of ties and interaction of cultures of the peoples of Central Asia, which are rooted in antiquity.

The article presents a brief historical review of works published in different periods. These works contain the analysis of the Russian artillery state and military science development, including artillery science during the period under consideration. The author pays attention to different sources dealing with this problem. The article provides contradictory conclusions and estimations characterizing, first of all, the Russian artillery state during the reign of Catherine the Great.

In accordance with the article, 11 deposits coal on the territory of Tuva are accounted by State Reserves Register of the Russian Federation, the total profitable reserves are estimated at 1,12 billion tons whereof 936.6 thousand tons are dealt with as coking coals. The vast majority of explored deposits of coals of the republic are concentrated in the Ulugh-Khem basin, the total projected resources of which exceed 20 bill.t. It is substantiated that coking coal of the Ulugh-Khem basin is the most competitive resource of Tyva Republic. Low ash content, excellent caking index, low sulfur and phosphorus in coking coal of ranks GG and GZh indicate their high quality, according to these characteristics GG, GZh coal ranks take precedence over Kuznetsk and Pechora coals. About 70 bill.t of coking coal are annually mined in Russia, but there is a deficit on certain coal ranks. It is primarily related to internal prices increase for coking coal in Russia. According to forecasts of researchers coal deficit will rise up to 15–17 bill.t in the country.

The article deals with the metaphor, as an indicator of authorial personality and a component of the style. It examines the problem of idiostyle misrepresentation while adapting original texts. This paper also focuses on the degree to which metaphors can be preserved while adapting texts.

The article examines the predictability of Russian verbal modifications during the process of word formation synthesis. The main reasons for modifiers’ combinatorial irregularity with respect to semantically connected sound verbs are identified. For the first time ever, the sound source, as the primary factor in determining the word formation synthesis’ results, is described from three perspectives: semantic, lexicographic, and denotative. Using various parameters relevant for both sound source and semantic modifiers, the sound verbs are subjected to combinatorial testing. The nature of dynamic dependency between the results of word formation synthesis, the distinguishing characteristics of modifiers, and the semantic range of verbs is analyzed.

This article analyzes the existing models for assessing the image of the territory and concluded that it is necessary to develop a model that allows to assess the image of the territory taking into account all the main target audiences. The study of models of the image of the territory considered in the scientific literature was carried out by the method of traditional (non-formalized) analysis of documents on the basis of scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors. The author suggests using the «ideal point» model to assess the image of the territory. At the same time, the assessment of the image of the territory should be carried out for all groups of consumers, taking into account the weight coefficients reflecting the importance of opinions and the number of respondents of each group.
