In this article ecotourism branding is considered as the innovative tool of the territories with the low tourist appeal level advance. Ecotourism branding realization will allow to increase tourist appeal of the territory and as a result to provide uniqueness of a tourist product, potential and genuine demand for it.

The paper presents the dynamic model of the machine assembly with a recommended mechanism for moving material and the definition of the law of rails motion under various system parameters. The author has suggested the solution implemented by the system of differential equations numerically on the PC and the system describing the motion of the machine set. Recommended values ​​of the parameters of elastic links of material transfer mechanism have been obtained. The researcher has developed the methods of kinematic and dynamic analysis of the material transfer mechanism with elastic elements of the sewing machine and has approved the parameters and development of the design.

The article investigates the issues of financial stability and investment attractiveness of industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region, based on the qualitative statistical analysis of accounts payable. The author has analyzed the structure of lending to industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region and presented conclusions on the composition of accounts payable and forecasts of lending processes development of the industrial enterprises in the Sverdlovsk region.

The article describes professional activities of a juvenile inspector of internal affairs agencies who performs social, pedagogical and psychological functions to prevent juvenile delinquency in the social environment. The professionalism and competence of a juvenile inspector is determined by his subjective position towards the learning process in the course of the student's vocational and educational training at the university. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of the professional activity of staff of juvenile affairs is determined by their subject position in the process of mastering the professional and educational experience that is the main condition for their professionalism in the future.

The article contains a justification of the research approach to the detection of subjective content of historical memory among groups of respondents from different ethnic background; presents the results of a study of two groups of respondents, who are descendants of the Volga Germans and the representatives of the titular nation (Russian); establishes the main cultural and historical events of life of the peoples that make up the historical memory.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The article presents the history of second foreign language teaching from the point of views presented by philosophers and educators dating back to Ancient Egypt and the beginning of the 20th century. The overviewed philosophical and educational ideas have been applied in the modern context of the activity, communicative and ethnocultural approaches to second foreign language teaching.

The article proposes a method for calculating the taxonomic formula for the geoecological hazard of the cadastral district. The engineering-geological zoning map uses for calculating the balance of the territory by the hazard index – the basis of the taxonomic formula. The taxonomic formula as an open data set makes it possible to characterize the geoecological hazards of the territory of a district. The geoenvironmental hazard map of cadastral districts is necessary for regional model of spatial planning at the municipal level.

The author considers aspects of the participation of right-wing liberal parties in the election cycle in 2016–2017 at the regional level (by the example of Saratov region). An analysis of the election materials and data of the Election Commission of Saratov region has allowed to identify and describe the basic software and the ideological, organizational and resource reasons of the electoral crisis regional right-wing liberal movement.

The paper presents an analysis of the development of the system of modern upbringing of patriotism among young people. The characteristic of the main aspects of work in the teenage environment is given. The advantages and disadvantages of modern patriotic programs are singled out, the role of patriotic education in modern Russian society is revealed. The role of school and family as the basic principles of the formation of the moral-patriotic consciousness of the child is singled out. It is noted that the formation of a civic position is possible only on the basis of feelings of duty and responsibility rooted in the mind of the individual.

The paper outlines the main concepts of intercultural communication in modern foreign language educational environment. It touches upon the major problems of teaching intercultural communication regarding culture and language teaching approaches, goal setting, culture and language based activities. The action plan of teaching culture and language consists of several stages: cultural concept orientation, reception, cognition, evaluation and reflection and is introduced as an effective tool for intercultural competence development.

The article provides the research relating to the reaction of a new wheat variety “Ekaterina” to the application of chemical and biological plant protection agents and growth stimulants. The high ecological and climatic adaptability of Ekaterina wheat variety has been revealed and this is reflected in an insignificant decrease in crop yields (12–14%) under unfavorable conditions of cultivation in comparison with favorable conditions. The Ekaterina wheat variety have been processed with Grandsil Ultra, Zircon, Izagri Fors, Novosil preparations. This seed processing showed high efficiency during cold wet weather and hot dry-growing season. The effective seed processing of Ekaterina wheat variety with the Rostock, Fitolavin and Strekar preparations has been revealed only during extreme weather conditions.

The article discusses current state of the machine and tractor fleet and provides the performance of providing the agricultural organizations with agricultural machinery in Primorsky Krai. The reasons limiting the purchase of equipment in the region and ways of their solution have been indicated in the article.

The article provides the kinematics chart of mechanism of material movement of sewing machine and determination of law of lath motion at the different parameters of the system and its equalization. It also determins concrete values of linear speed of point Е of lever – laths at moving of material in sewing machines. A mechanism is worked out with the storage of energy as a conical spring, that operates at the horizontal moving of lath and a mechanism is executed as the reserved kinematics chain.

The problem of professional adaptation and the formation of teachers is covered in the work. The specific of the training of future teachers in the university that is focused on the development of pedagogical abilities is described. On the basis of the personal and activity approach, the examples of assignments are presented in connection with various groups of pedagogical abilities.

The application of virtual laboratories will allow to show different transition processes, as well as to carry out experiments that are very expensive in real electrical machines’ labs, for example, to calculate the energy costs in electric drives. Models of non-regulation asynchronous drive and frequency-regulated asynchronous electric drive are examined in this article. The author has calculated and compared the energy losses of these systems with various types of loads and this lets us to evaluate work processes of many technical devices.

The article formulates the definition of the mechanism of legal regulation of socially important markets as elements of the core of the social sphere and its tasks, the set of factors that determine the effectiveness of this mechanism of legal regulation is substantiated. In order to improve the effectiveness of the legal regulation mechanism in accordance with its objectives, the author's classification is proposed and the characteristics of the regimes for the legal regulation of markets for socially important services on scientifically grounded criteria are provided – the degree of state guarantees for their provision and the social significance of the social sphere.

The article analyzes Russian and Chinese legislation on the contract of sale of goods, which contains many general provisions, but there are peculiarities due to the difference between the legal systems of Russia and China. Consistently the authors compare the legal regulation of defining the purchase and sale agreement elements which are the parties to the contract, subject, price, term, form and content of the contract. The provisions of Russian and Chinese legislation on liability for non-performance or improper performance of the purchase and sale agreement are noted.

The article considers the influence of the transformation policy of Alexander I in the field of education and in the central administration on the rapid development of the Russian higher school in the early 19th century. The Charter of 1804.

According to the author, the geographically adjacent countries of China and Russia have strongly complementary economic structures and have seen rapid development of economic and trade cooperation in recent years, but overall trade between them is relatively low in volume and lacks variety in structure. The Belt and Road initiative has provided new opportunities to deepen Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation. The two countries should take this opportunity to strengthen infrastructure interconnection, improve the existing economic cooperation mechanism and trade structure, and promote the construction of a Sino-Russian free trade area.

Increasing efficiency of activities is one of the most important tasks for trade organization. In this study, the author has analyzed the dynamics of the «Profit from sales» indicator, which is the financial result from the main type of activity, trade, and the “Vek-Vostok”, LLC company has been taken as an example. The work considers the order to form profits from sales. Based on the results of the study, the ways to increase profits of the organization have been revealed.

The question of the citizens' personal data processing is very important, and the solution for this problem should be the adoption of legislation expressly regulating the activities of personal data operators. The authors considered one of the most effective approaches to personal data protection – anonymization, as well as identified two developments to adoption of legislation. Anonymization not only protects the interests of the state and, first and foremost, the citizens, but it is also a mechanism that will allow advertising, insurance and other companies to improve the quality of their products and services.

According to the authors synthetic cathinone is a new class of designer drugs with psychoactive effect at the peak of intoxication which can cause hallucinatory disorders, acute paranoid disorders of psychotic level, the development of delirious disorders, affective disorders comparable to cocaine, methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and other drugs with amphetamine-like effect. The first reports of synthetic cathinone appeared in early 2009. On the black market, these substances were marketed as «bath salts». The legislation of the European countries have been carrying these substances to the drug since 2010, in the United States synthetic cathinone has been included in the list of narcotic substances since 2011, in the Russian Federation, these substances can be attributed to narcotic according to the Decree of the RF Government dated 31 December 2009 №1186 «About modification of some resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation on issues related to trafficking in narcotic drugs». Recent clinical studies indicate dysregulation effect of synthetic cathinone’s on central monoamine system, which is one of the main mechanisms of synthetic cathinone’s action, and is the basis of behavioral disorders due to use. The review provides data about the chemical structure of synthetic cathinone’s, mechanisms of addiction, toxicology, clinical aspects of use.

In this article the realization of organizational-methodical support of professional development of a person at a stage «the entrant – the student – the expert » is considered from the point of view of existing experience of vocational guidance bases development which should be generalized and led to uniform system to increase the efficiency, taking into account social partnership of school, university and employer.
