The present article is a research work in the field of Saint-Petersburg studies. The subject of research is the metal decor decorating Saint-Petersburg. Maximaphily, the field of collecting, in which the main collector’s item is the maximum card, is used in the book as a method of research. The subject of research is the author’s collection of maximum cards devoted to architecture and sculpture of Saint-Petersburg. The analytical and synthetic sight at shape of the city allows to see not only harmony of the laces created by different ethnic groups of Europe, but also man-made art of a metal decor. Besides, the analysis connects them with natural fantastic displays of the vegetative nature. With practical examples of the Petersburg sights the author considers an associative array of a metal decor with various lacy patterns in detail.

The article describes the relevance of the research, such as the assessment of the educational and consulting services market and also the competitive environment based on the analysis of the regional innovative infrastructure. The results of the center activity design are presented, and the basis of the concept of this center functioning is TRIZ (the Theory of Invention Tasks Solving). The basic functional capabilities of the common information space (CIS) are formulated and justified in this research, the CIS-structure is formed, the interfaces of the information resources in the CIS for the interaction with potential users have been developed, and data modeling has been carried out.

The article analyses the implementation of scientific and organizational methods of organizational design of management system . The author has analyzed the population dynamics of the region and industrial production, with allocation of single-industry towns. A classification of towns by type of localization economy has been classified. The author has made some conclusions on quality solution of the problems in the single-industry towns in the Sverdlovsk region.

The paper seeks to examine opportunities to create multi-agent systems (MAS) in the service sector. Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. The research shows that the problem posed by the author requires further study and clarification of results

The research of rational integrated solutions for the preservation of historic sites in Russia today is a priority in the restoration, for the purpose of successful implementation of new methods and modern international developments on the restoration and conservation of monuments. Inner reinforcement discussed in this article shall be the most efficient and technologically advanced method of strengthening the internal structures of architectural monuments in their conservation. The subject of research are the prospects for the maximum preservation of the historic appearance of the building with an open conservation, using modern methods of carrier recovery capacity of the structure. Eliminating all possible deformations of structures, leading to the destruction of the building must be carried out with the least interference, without external amplification of facades.

This article studies characteristics of the organization and staging of accountancy in the state unitary organization with specific reference. It describes the tasks of accounting, accounting functions and duties of the chief accountant. The paper explores the structure of accounting in general. А special attention is paid to one of the accounting departments – Department for settlements with individuals and payments to the budget. The functions and duties of ordinary accountant of the Department are described in detail.

This article is about the role of full architecture order in the field of architecture. The main types of this order as well as its basic components have been studied. The author also tries to find out the influence of this order on the development and modern tendencies in the modern world of architecture and construction.

This article gives an assessment of main structural changes in an economy of region as conditions of development of Western-Yakutian oil and gas cluster, reflects the possibilities of territories creation of priority development in Western Yakutia, estimates the natural resource, economic, investment potential and the development of energy engineering and transport infrastructure, it also tries to estimate the population distribution, potential and specialization of settlements, characterizes the demographic processes, population reproduction, and migration flows.

The author uses the data of 1994–2013 to estimate the effects of parent’s education and locality on occupation of adult sons and daughters, discovers that occupation of both sons and daughters depends on parent’s education. A high education attainment of parents increases the probability of children to be employed as officials, managers, or professionals. Locality has a strong influence on son’s occupation, while its effect on daughter’s occupation is less pronounced.
