В статье представлена сравнительная оценка развития банковской системы Чувашской Республики и Республики Татарстан на основе методов статистического исследования с использованием официальных данных Банка России. Авторами рассмотрены показатели институциональной насыщенности банковского сектора сравниваемых республик. В работе исследованы финансовые результаты деятельности кредитных организаций. Проведен анализ обеспеченности данных регионов банковскими услугами. В заключение перечислены общие тенденции развития рынка банковских услуг Чувашии и Республики Татарстан.

The paper briefly outlines possible options for applying modern developments in management that are applicable to the formation and management of corporate culture.

According to the author, modern rehabilitation facilities do not have psychological tool that helps people with chemical addictions to optimize their life orientations. The research methods: analysis of psychological literature on this subject; testing; method of mathematical data processing (Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analyses of data). Dependent persons have lowered indicators of reason to live and meaningful orientations. Their personal development is hampered because of a lower level of perception of the integral time of their life. They have higher level of such destructive orientations as confrontational coping, running away from a problem and higher level of constructive orientations – orientation on the solution of the problem, acceptance of responsibility and a positive reassessment of the situation. Sometimes constructive coping is associated with indicators related to the difficulties of personal development. Addicted persons’ tendency toward prosocial behavior is high. At the same time, the helping behavior is more pronounced, when the respondents believe in themselves and in people less. Based on the findings, the Program of Measures, accompanying the rehabilitation of dependent persons, has been compiled.

Preventing possible refusals of oil and gas production facilities is an important task in the development of new fields and requires a number of measures to ensure their reliability and resiliency. Applying neural technology, the author has developed the classifier revealing possible deviations and anomalies at drilling of oil and gas wells, algorithm for determining the structure and composition of a set of spare assets and supplies for the restoration of the operability of the rig for drilling oil and gas wells after the failure of individual components.

This paper justifies balanced policy of rural development through loan support programs for agricultural producers. The authors have analyzed the data on profit, loans and credits of 74 agricultural enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region and provided an obtained information in the article. They also have justified the state support of agricultural loans and balanced development of the village.

The article describes the essence and role of intellectual development of the head of an educational organization in the conditions of innovative economy. It also reveals the content of managerial competence as a main factor of increasing the intellectual development of the head and his/her social effectiveness. The components, criteria and indicators of managerial competence of the head of the educational organization have been determined.

The author also provides the types of valence and directions that help to study the valence theory in parallel with case grammar. The study aims to look into the reasons why the derivative word may be the reflection of underlying grammatical case meanings.

The article provides the research relating to the reaction of a new wheat variety “Ekaterina” to the application of chemical and biological plant protection agents and growth stimulants. The high ecological and climatic adaptability of Ekaterina wheat variety has been revealed and this is reflected in an insignificant decrease in crop yields (12–14%) under unfavorable conditions of cultivation in comparison with favorable conditions. The Ekaterina wheat variety have been processed with Grandsil Ultra, Zircon, Izagri Fors, Novosil preparations. This seed processing showed high efficiency during cold wet weather and hot dry-growing season. The effective seed processing of Ekaterina wheat variety with the Rostock, Fitolavin and Strekar preparations has been revealed only during extreme weather conditions.

The present article is a research work in the field of Saint-Petersburg studies. The subject of research is the metal decor decorating Saint-Petersburg. Maximaphily, the field of collecting, in which the main collector’s item is the maximum card, is used in the book as a method of research. The subject of research is the author’s collection of maximum cards devoted to architecture and sculpture of Saint-Petersburg. The analytical and synthetic sight at shape of the city allows to see not only harmony of the laces created by different ethnic groups of Europe, but also man-made art of a metal decor. Besides, the analysis connects them with natural fantastic displays of the vegetative nature. With practical examples of the Petersburg sights the author considers an associative array of a metal decor with various lacy patterns in detail.

The article describes the relevance of the research, such as the assessment of the educational and consulting services market and also the competitive environment based on the analysis of the regional innovative infrastructure. The results of the center activity design are presented, and the basis of the concept of this center functioning is TRIZ (the Theory of Invention Tasks Solving). The basic functional capabilities of the common information space (CIS) are formulated and justified in this research, the CIS-structure is formed, the interfaces of the information resources in the CIS for the interaction with potential users have been developed, and data modeling has been carried out.

The article analyses the implementation of scientific and organizational methods of organizational design of management system . The author elaborately examines the stepwise algorithm of organizational design and shows the real mechanisms of implementation of innovative pilot projects and assessment of their efficiency.

Three categories are considered in the article from the point of different authors: «transnationalization», «organizational structure», «hospitality industry». Using content analysis of those components, author determination of term «transnational organizational structure in hospitality industry» has been suggested. Due to the fact that the transnationalization distribution is relevant in the sphere of hospitality, the results of the study allow not only to study the theoretical subjects in more detail associated with this issue, but to apply the materials in practice, especially in the problems of current and strategic management.

The article examines the questions concerning the optimization of territorial structure in the Sverdlovsk region associated with the comprehensive transformation of the economy of single-industry towns and mono economics areas. The author has analyzed the population dynamics of the region and industrial production, with allocation of single-industry towns. A classification of towns by type of localization economy has been classified. The author has made some conclusions on quality solution of the problems in the single-industry towns in the Sverdlovsk region.

The paper seeks to examine opportunities to create multi-agent systems (MAS) in the service sector. Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. The research shows that the problem posed by the author requires further study and clarification of results

The paper deals with features of international and national transport corridors on the territory of Russia and the key problems of their functioning and possible ways to overcome them.

An educated architect, member of the Union of Artists of Russia, the author has always worked at the intersection of three powerful spheres of influence: architecture, design, easel graphics. His task was to achieve harmony trinity incarnation in his art.
