It must be remembered and on the qualitative composition of information that may not always be a "raw material" for the formation of knowledge. Therefore, as the author notes, the main task of informatization of educational process in elementary school - is the management of information flow, which assumes the student, his hierarchization, structuring and combining.

Статья посвящена развитию историко-археологического туризма в Амгинском улусе Республики Саха (Якутия). Анализированы теоретические основы археолого-этнографического туризма в целом, социально-экономическое положение района и проведен анализ туристических ресурсов Амгинского улуса. Выялено, что Амгинский улус обладает достаточно высоким потенциалом для развития внутреннего туризма. Создание маршрутов в этом районе предоставит возможность эффективного использования данного региона для развития внутреннего туризма.

The article substantiates the need to identify the nature of franchised assets, study of their composition and the analysis of the peculiarities of their formation and functioning, as well as their evaluation. Concepts of assets, contributed by a franchisee and franchisor in the development of the franchise network are given. The composition of the intellectual capital contributed by members of the franchise network in its formation and development is investigated. The concept of franchising network assets is inputed and the mechanism of their formation is described, as well as the impact on the value of the business participants of a franchise partnership. It is shown that out of a franchise network the assets invested by a franchisee in business development by themselves do not have the same value as in its composition.

This article focuses on the current problems of higher education - training of future teachers. The author highlights the issues associated with the identification of the essential characteristics of communicative competence, the role in the system of post-graduate training of the teaching staff. A special place is given to consider the possibilities of educational discipline "Interaction of educational process subjects" in the formation of communicative competence among young scientists at the stage of post-graduate education.
