In this article the advertising strategies research is proposed based on the websites of Faculty of Languages and Literatures of LMU Munich and Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages of the University of Cambridge. Автор данной статьи отмечает, что одним из важных аспектов учёта дебиторской задолженности является наличие достоверной информации о должниках. Сложным вопросом для бухгалтеров, аудиторов и юристов является порядок, процедура списания дебиторской задолженности и начало срока исковой давности. Для снижения вероятности претензий со стороны налоговых органов касательно неправомерности списания безнадёжной дебиторской задолженности невозможно обойтись без применения определённых мер.

В данной статье рассматривается вопрос о наследовании исключительных (имущественных) прав, а также о правовой природе защиты личных неимущественных прав со стороны наследников. Раскрываются некоторые особенности данных прав, специфика их реализации, закрепленная законодателем. Автором отмечается, что частотные аббревиатуры могут претендовать на роль «ключевого слова» эпохи. «Ключевое слово» эпохи – это не обязательно «пафосное», «официальное» наименование, сохраняющее соответствующую прагматику во всех случаях употребления. Прагматика аббревиатуры зависит от варианта сокращения.

The study examines the parameters of decision making among traders. The risk seeking is studied as professionally important criteria in this group. The aim of the research is to study peculiarities of traders’ decision-making, as well as to identify the characteristics of decision-making of risk-seeking traders. The study has been made based on 630 professional traders. As research methods, the author used specially developed technique according to the type of lottery, which revealed the following parameters of decisions – the tendency for risk-seeking and risk-avoid, a hypothetical benefit, the time to get benefit. The article has also studied the subjective success of traders and their socio-demographic characteristics. The result revealed that the most traders followed a combined strategy and relayed on their own experience. And the risk was associated with high rates of a hypothetical win, which was delayed in time.

The article presents original design and technological recreational and sports facilities for winter sports with artificial relief. Based on the examples of existing facilities the author examined quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the complexes that determined the scope and relevance of the data of natural and technical systems. The material contains photographs of objects in different periods of their life cycle in the construction and operation. This article defines the factors forecasting significancy, affecting development, birth and survival rate of the children with congenital heart disorder. The families with children with congenital heart disorder and without it and 105 children with congenital heart disorder are studied. The authors use such research methods as polling and complex clinical and functional examination of children with congenital heart disorder. More important factors, indicating the high risk of the baby with congenital heart disorder impregnation, baby’s formed congenital heart disorder probability, characteristics, designating the chance of live birth with congenital heart disorder are considered.

In the XX century the influence of traditional musical forms is becoming more diverse, in particular, the use of multimedia art forms. The Chinese as well as Western traditions and Ensemble Performance has undergone many changes, mutated forms of a combination of instruments, a creative approach to music, gradually breaking geographical boundaries, began to develop in the direction of further integration. In modern Chinese folk ensemble there is a combination of various Chinese folk instruments.

The article analyzes ecological reforms of Uzbekistan’s industrial towns, especially towns of Tashkent region, during the years of Independence. The analysis shows the improvement of ecological balance, as a result of governmental arrangements undertaken for solving the ecological problems in the town. The article demonstrates the abatement of industrial pollution as a result of re-organizing industrial factories by investments. The statistical data shows the reduction of air pollution by deleterious waste in the town, which was caused by the effect of industrial plants reorganization that phase down during the first years of Independence, as a joint venture and technical and technological re-equipment of them. The ecological state of each industrial town is analyzed separately in the article. The author uses governmental decrees, periodicals, documents of town hall, archive data, as well newspapers and magazines that show eco-environment of the republic.
