The activities of SevNC RAO are aimed at ensuring the innovative development of the educational system of the city of Sevastopol as an environment of educational opportunities designed to ensure the advanced development of pedagogical education and society as a whole, solving the tasks set in the National Project "Education". The provision of the federal and regional education development program and its effective functioning is aimed at meeting the needs of the region's education system in teaching staff, managers, persons providing the educational process, other consumers in continuing education, teaching staff in obtaining pedagogical professional training required for teacher professional, career and personal growth, in improving professional competence.

Today there is an acute problem of educating the creative potential of the younger generations, their artistic taste, preferences. Among the goals and objectives of education - the formation of artistic thinking (and as a variety - musical thinking) is very relevant. Therefore, the article considers some problems of the development of creative activity as the basis of artistic and musical thinking. Based on the study of the methodology of working on songs, it is necessary to determine the effectiveness of the influence of the author's song for voice and piano accompaniment on the formation of holistic ideas about the surrounding nature, the social environment of the cities of Crimea, the place of a person in it, self-esteem, the harmonious manifestation of patriotic feelings. Creation and testing of a song cycle as an accompanying material in solving the tasks of the regional component in education.

Transhumanism is assessed as the basis for the formation of the technogenic type of superhuman, as a new anthropological type, denying the existing man. N. N. Rostova's monograph is considered in the review as an actual textbook for the study of philosophical anthropology in the system of higher and secondary professional education. Modern anthropology can be called anti-anthropology, because it denies human exclusivity, reduces man either to the organic world – animals, plants and microbes, or to the inorganic world – digital technologies.

The article is devoted to the study of the most urgent problem of the present – the territorial integrity of Russia, where the author analyzes the threat to the national security of the country in the conditions of the current aggravation of the international situation. The author makes a philosophical interpretation of the concept of national security and conducts an analysis of a unique combination of a set of Russian peoples, united by a centuries-old idea of a single state. Considering the different periods of the historical development of Russia, the author gives grounded arguments, confirming the constant desire of our «kind» neighbors to share the rich Russian pie. Considering a direct threat from the US, the author quotes statements of statesmen whose words are evidence of an aggressive policy towards Russia.

This article discusses set expressions with a component-toponym used in media texts of sports topics. The source for the analysis was the mass-media Russian-language text on sports taken from the National Corps of the Russian Language.

He article deals with the problems of practical implementation of the requirements of the current legislation in the field of industrial safety and labor protection in respect of heat facilities (hereinafter – boilers). A number of boiler houses are classified as hazardous production facilities of hazard class III because they use equipment operating under pressure exceeding 0.07 MPa. A dangerous factor in the workplace staff is the increased noise level. Measures to neutralize this factor are in conflict with the requirements of industrial and fire safety. The lack of engineering tools to ensure compliance with hygienic standards without violating the requirements of industrial and fire safety, creates a problem that requires a scientific approach in the search for possible solutions.

In the article the main traditions of the name of the Vorontsov boyars and princes Dashkovs are considered. It is concluded that the development of the name-giving system in the genera of the Dashkovs and Vorontsovs demonstrates, on the one hand, the loss of the ancient naming principles, manifested in the deviation from the tradition of the ban on naming the name of a living relative; on the other hand, they demonstrate the adherence to the traditional principles of naming, which is manifested, first of all, in the preservation of the system of generic names, repeated from generation to generation.

The properties of a composition based on modified polyethylenes have been studied in the work. Polyolefin thermoplastic elastomers were obtained on the basis of ethylene-propylene elastomers and high-density polyethylene by the two methods: in the first case, as a modifying agent sulfur-containing compounds (altax, sulfur) were used, and in the second – MAC. Thermoplastic elastomers of the series A were obtained as a result of a combination of the original polymer components melt on the mill rolls at a temperature of 433–453 K° at the gap between them 0.2 mm. After crystalline thermoplastic melting ethylene copolymer problemby EPS and structuring agents were added. To achieve a good homogenization milling was carried out for 25 minutes. Formulation of the compositions had the following composition (pts. wt): EPDM – 100; HDPE – 10–80; dicumyl peroxide 1–2.

One of the most important elements of the process of integration of the Crimea and Sevastopol in the legal field of the Russian Federation is the formation of a uniform judicial practice in disputes arising in connection with the specifics of land, property, criminal, administrative and other types of legal relations in new entities.

In paper the institutional trap connected to features of employee’s engagement at the enterprises of natural monopolies of the modern Russia is identified. Ways of elimination by the found institutional trap in the context of international experience are considered.

The difficulties of public education have not lost their relevance today. Vivid personalities served and serve as substantial support in the matter of education. This article raises the question of the development of public education in the Kuban region, as well as the influence of the outstanding enlightener Lieutenant General I.D. Popko on this process. Having conducted a historical analysis of the personal library of the Kuban figure, the authors define the goals, chronological and territorial frameworks of the educational activities of Ivan Diomidovich. The basis of the study was the catalog left by I.D. Popko in a noble house in the city of Stavropol, as well as in the work of I.V. Dubinin and I.G. Ivantsov «Materials for the bibliographic reconstruction of the catalog of the personal library of Ivan Diomidovich Popko» [8].

The objective of this study was to study and supplement the available data on the macro-microscopic structure and topography of the rabbit's spleen. In this study, anatomical and histological methods were used. The results of the rabbit spleen study complement and confirm the available data on the topography of the spleen. In the course of the study, it was established that the splenic branches form 4–5 segmental arteries, which further branch into the trabecular arteries. The group of pulpary arteries reaches a diameter of 0.2 mm, surrounded by lymphoid periarterial sheaths and splenic lymphoid nodules.

The subject of the study is the even layer in the ulus toponymy. The theme of geographical vocabulary of even origin is chosen. The work is carried out in order to identify the geographical appellative vocabulary of the even language with a comparative method, word-formation, structural, lexical-semantic analysis. As a result, the semantic correspondence of appellative vocabulary and place names with the types of geographical objects, features of the surrounding area and landscape is revealed. The author traces the borrowings of even geographical vocabulary to the Fund of the indigir dialect of the Yakut language. The materials of the study will be used in the preparation of a short toponymic dictionary.

Pedagogical workers of Sevastopol city expect that their professional trajectory will take into account their educational needs. The author of the article noted that the Institute of education development at the department of education of Sevastopol city will be able to develop personalized further training programs for pedagogical workers for each specific educational organization of the city.

The article is devoted to the problems of interrelation between the logical and semantic levels of thinking. This approach allows us to reveal the essential latent patterns of linguistic structures serving as verbal packaging of the results of complex mental procedures. Comprehension of existing concepts in logic and linguistics in the context of cognitive science can contribute to solving actual practical and theoretical problems of modern linguistics related to the correlation of logical-cognitive and syntactic categories.

The institutional trap connected to processes of optimization and centralization of activities of historically created transregional enterprises and the organizations in the modern Russia is revealed. Ways of overcoming the problems connected to the found institutional trap are offered.
