This paper examines the innovative nature of university technological entrepreneurship based on the formation of blocks of quantitative and qualitative indicators of this process.

The relevance of this research is caused the problem of control of the preparation skilled personnel in the transition to innovative development of the Russian economy; reviewed advanced European experience in monitoring the process of entrepreneurship education and assessment of the results of the trainees; noted strengths and weaknesses the existing monitoring system and instruments of with which it is produced; research perspective opportunities to improve the data collected in the ongoing research to improve the process of entrepreneurship education.
