The article reveals the political views and legal ideas of the Grand Prince of Kiev, Vladimir Vsevolodovich Monomakh on the basis of the analysis of his works. The great statesman sought to show the problems of different areas of life of the ancient Russian society in his writings, but the prince's main ideas had political and legal content. Only a meaningful analysis of the political and legal views of Vladimir Monomakh will allow us to understand his point of view concerning the political and legal conjuncture of the Old Russian state.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

The article describes the Valery Bryusov’s activity in «Vesy» magazine as a translator and critic of the French poet-symbolist Paul Verlaine. Paul Verlaine’s poetry has had an important impact on the Russian symbolism development.

В связи с началом формирования учительства появилась необходимость регламентировать их труд, определить требования, которые необходимо было соблюдать российским учителям в сфере своей профессиональной деятельности. В статье рассматриваются эти требования на основе специального пособия – «Руководство учителям первого и второго классов народных училищ».

В работе представлены результаты полевого исследования одного из утраченных археологических объектов Псковской области – городища Бакино. Историко-археологический комплекс Бакино – один из региональных центров племенного объединения кривичей и Псковской земли.

В данной статье рассмотрена дискриминация ВИЧ-инфицированных работников в современной России. Обоснована актуальность исследуемой темы. Отражены основные проблемы дискриминации работников этой категории в трудовом праве. Предложены пути по разрешению выявленных проблем.

The paper presents an educational project, the main task of which is reduced to an aggravation of pupils' interest to creativity of the great poet A.S. Pushkin, as well as improvement of the efficiency of his works reading by intellectually and artistically gifted children. The classification of Pushkin's characters by the parameters of perception of reality, honor and prestige, enlightenment and learning is made in the work. The author points out the possibility of preparation the the script of the play “Love and secret freedom” and organization of elective course “Workshop of Pushkin’s verse” within the scope of the project.

According to the author “atom” is a microsystem. In our research we have to open the contents of aesthetic taste. It is determined historically and connected to the various political, ideological and religious sides of life a society. The concept of taste reflects the metaphysics maintained by culture. Totalitarian taste – derivative the totalitarian state. Propagation of optimism, flatter realism, photographic concreteness, staging of official ceremonies, and private life has transformed art of this time into a mix of a forgery with heroism, that equally forged culture of people, and also had destructive effect on an aesthetics and ethics of the silent majority. In papers we attempt to determine the basic attributes of totalitarian taste is made within the framework of aesthetic interpretation of creativity of the Russian artist of the beginning of XX century – K.S.Petrov-Vodkin.
