Как отмечают авторы данной статьи, профессиональная среда общения юриста с пожилыми людьми требует необходимости формирования у юриста психологических навыков общения. Особенности общения с пожилыми людьми определяются сугубо психологическими знаниями о проблемах восприятия, мышления, памяти у пожилых людей. Большую часть потребителей социальных услуг, обращающихся в органы социальной защиты, составляют лица пожилого возраста и инвалиды.

Выбор будущей профессии – процесс, который может начаться уже в младшей школе. Важным составляющим этого выбора является интерес, психологические особенности которого рассматриваются на примере профессии юриста в области права и организации социального обеспечения.

Подростковый возраст характеризуется как переходный, достаточно трудный, сложный, критический и имеет основное значение в становлении личности человека: расширяется объем деятельности, качественно меняется характер, закладываются основы поведения и формируются нравственные представления.

Подростковый возраст – период становления личности. Это сложный переходный период для подростков. Приводятся выводы и оценка психологов. Основной целью работы является изучение причин возникновения конфликтов подростков с родителями и способы решения этих конфликтов.

The article describes Bukhara-Iran relations in XVII–XVIII centuries, which were hostile and difficult due to the bloody battles of these countries for their territorial expansion. Safavids primarily wanted to seize Balkh, as it was an important strategic base for the invasion in Maverannahr hinterland. Balkh leaders took an active part in the fight against Safavids.

The article presents research-based materials, indicating the current problems of land of reindeer pastures in the Nenets Autonomous District, which are expressed by a lack of large- and medium-scale geobotanical maps that capture the state of the vegetation cover under the influence of agro-climatic and anthropogenic impacts and regional norms of feeding the reindeer for solutions on the rational use of pastures.

The article presents original design and technological recreational and sports facilities for winter sports with artificial relief. Based on the examples of existing facilities the author examined quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the complexes that determined the scope and relevance of the data of natural and technical systems. The material contains photographs of objects in different periods of their life cycle in the construction and operation. The basic trends of the innovative sports building on the example of Moscow have been identified and formulated.

The article describes extragenital diseases of the mother disrupts fetal development which can lead to disease or even death. It is noted that 70% of pregnant women have chronic somatic pathology, exacerbation of various diseases – asthma, anemia, pyelonephritis, and others are occurred in 76% during pregnancy. Bronchial asthma is not a contraindication to pregnancy, but the exacerbation of the disease during pregnancy, lack of proper control can lead to negative consequences for both the mother and the child. A number of studies, made by the authors, has shown that patients with severe or uncontrolled course of BA have a higher risk of a number of complications of pregnancy and childbirth. One of the most common complications of the second half of pregnancy was hypertensive disorders and preeclampsia.

In the field experiments the estimation of naked oats on its productivity and suitability for cultivation in the middle Urals region has been made. It is noted that Vladyka and Otakar cultivars are making crop yield at the 88,2–89,7% compare to the district Stayer cultivar, which is the standard in the Sverdlovsk region. The average yield of naked cultivars is from 3.45 (Vladyka) to 3.99 (Otakar) t / ha, which is similar to the zone yield of spring wheat (3.68 t / ha). The authors found out that the protein content in oats grain naked cultivars exceed aristulate ones on 2.9–3.9. The high response of naked cultivars for the integrated plant protection system is registered.

According to the author in modern terms, sport becomes one of the priority directions of social policy, the implementation of which not only solves problems of improvement of the nation, but also forms the image of the state in the international arena. This leads to increased attention of researchers to the social, cultural, physical and economic factors of the development of the sports industry. However, it is clear that their implementation is possible only if sufficient financial resources, their optimal distribution on mass sport, physical culture and sport of high achievements. The article also examines the organizational framework, sources and order of financing of sports organizations, particularly the mobilization of resources specific to Russia. On the materials of the target program «Development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for 2016–2020» it is shown the decisive role of budgetary appropriations, the forms of their use.

In the article an order of accounting reflection of payments with suppliers and contractors are researched and ways of enhancement of accounting calculations process development with the purpose of management decisions optimization for their implementation are offered. Theoretical bases of intraeconomic control of settlings with suppliers and contractors are developed.

The authors believe that Russia today loses the strategic directions of sports development: effective interaction between the state and business, management of sports industry, sport propaganda, attraction of investments and innovative technologies, at the same time, the state is realistic about the sport today and is moving in the direction of changes for the better. According to the authors, an example of this can be the implementation of the strategy of development of physical culture and sport for the period up to 2020. The article notes that the state should increasingly focus on creating favorable conditions in the direction of decentralization of management activities, preferential tax treatment, to give place to business in the sports industry, promote healthy lifestyles and to strengthen control over the fulfillment of social functions of sport development.

This article describes physical culture and sport as factors, playing a very important role in the development of society. According to the author there is a situation of decline in physical health-improving activity of the people all around the world. Obviously, it can lead to poor health and reduced productivity. The author believes that it is possible to increase productivity of the active working population by increasing investments in mass sport. Numerous empirical and experimental data confirm that there is a disease reduction, the increase of useful Fund of working time, the increase of intellectual and manual labor. Investments in physical activity and sport reduce the state expenses on medical care and increase of working age, which in turn reduces the cost of pension provision. This article investigates the problem of investments in physical culture influence on the increase of labor productivity.

This article deals with the problem of ecological danger of road infrastructure objects. Road infrastructure includes bus stations, bus depots, car service centers and roadside cafes located throughout the highway system. With the implementation of mass-produced counterfeit water and food in the catering outlets and around the purification of them from all kinds of infections is relevant.

Modern studies of the population structure in the Russian Federation show that the improvement of living conditions and the development of medicine causes the rapid growth of the share of people, who are older than working age. Nowadays, the number of such people in our country is about 21%. This trend leads to the fact that society sees the retirement age as the same socially significant period of life like all life until retirement. In this context, it is important to build an effective system of career management for older workers, taking into account their age and psychological characteristics, as well as the creation of conditions for the productive use of their experience and unique resources. These measures can be a catalyst for modernization and increase the number of qualified and experienced personnel in government.

The article describes the ecological state of one of the largest lakes of the Novgorod Region. According to the author, in order to give an overall characteristic of the lake, it is necessary to observe and study the higher aquatic vegetation. The work defines the most frequent species, the type of the lake and its current state.

Coping behavior is a combination of coping strategies and coping resources, it’s like constantly changing cognitive and behavioral efforts of the individual, which help him to manage internal and external requirements. This work presents the study of parasportsmen’s coping behavior features. The authors used coping test by Lazarus in the adaptation of T.L. Krjukova, E.V. Kuftyak, M.S. Zamyshlyaeva and «Multidimensional scale of social support» («MSPSS») by D. Zimet (in the adaptation of N.A. Sirota and V.M. Yaltonskij, modification of G.S. Korytova). However some questions were added according to the conditions of the research. This work demonstrates coping-strategies, which are suitable for parasportsmen, and how these people perceive social support.

The article deals with a new linguistic research area – emotive lingvoecology and an important concept for its research – ecology criteria. The author outlines some problems in the concise defining of this category and expands on each of its features. Emotions, emotion nominees and cross-cultural differences of English and Russian are in the focus of attention.

В статье анализируется опыт функционирования учреждений для детей дошкольного возраста как средство их социальной защиты и воспитания. В центре внимания – организация приютов-яслей в Коми крае в начале ХХ века, имеющая доказательную базу. Несмотря на недолгое существование, учреждения послужили прообразом организации общественного дошкольного воспитания в регионе.
