В работе была установлена изменчивость частот встречаемости полиморфных вариантов гена POU1F1, при этом обнаружены относительно высокие частоты встречаемости желательного аллеля POU1F1С (0,536) и генотипа POU1F1СС (35,6%).

В статье рассмотрены вопросы управления состоянием массива для обеспечения безопасного ведения горных работ и сокращении объемов вскрыши при сохранении устойчивости откосов уступов. Состояние массива горных пород зависит как от естественных, так и техногенных факторов. Для определения причин деформаций уступов и бортов карьеров, а также для разработки мероприятий по их прогнозированию и предотвращению необходимо в период строительства и эксплуатации карьеров обеспечить непрерывное наблюдение за устойчивостью откосов.

This article covers the expression of implicit gender identity of the subject of speech activity in the 19th and 20th century women's memories. The study revealed that implicit gender aspects associated with linguistic ascertainment of gender stereotypes presented in female linguistic material form the lexico-semantic category of “Character”. Within this category, the lexico-semantic sub-categories “Emotionality”, “Fearfulness and diffidence” and “Dreaminess” play a significant role, representing the corresponding stereotypes.

The concept of terrorism today is a very diverse phenomenon. Modern terrorism has recently acquired features of a global problem that requires close attention of the international community. It is well known that any society facing this problem will eventually change its attitude to this phenomenon. The article has discussed the questions concerning the formation of the attitude to terrorism and revealed empirical indicators of male and female attitude to terrorism. The results of the study allow to predict people's reactions to this negative phenomenon.

Microvascular disorders constitute one of the important mechanisms in the pathophysiology of burns. In case of thermal skin burns, especially dermal burns (IIIA degree), it is important to pay attention to the prevalence and the severity of the inflammatory reaction in the wound that may affect the viability of survived sebaceous and sweat glands, their epithelial cells can serve as a substrate for self-epithelialization of the skin. Local microvascular abnormalities in the damaged dermis are due to changes in the walls of blood vessels and the structure of the cellular elements of the blood, which form a clear correlation with secondary damage to the dermis.

The article deals with the role of a funny word in the comic structure of «The Twelve Chairs» by I. Ilf and E. Petrov. The researcher reveals its different functions taking into account authors’ strategy, directed to the creation of a special type of comic.

The article presents the definition of dynamic linear neighborhood models. An algorithm for finding optimal solutions using genetic algorithm has been describes. Solution of system of linear equations is reduced to the problem of optimization. It shows the example parametric identification of neighborhood model, consisting of three parcels, as a solution to the system of linear equations with the use of a genetic algorithm and the pseudo-inversion. The authors calculated RMS and average absolute errors for model identification using genetic algorithm and the pseudo-inversion. On the basis of the developed system the researchers verified the modeling results and determined the optimal method of identifying neighborhood model.

The paper seeks to examine opportunities to create multi-agent systems (MAS) in the service sector. Using methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, the author attempts to apply a multi-agent technology to description of the socio-economic system, such as the service sector. As a result, the author identifies three types of MAS in the service sector based on different types of architecture of intelligent information systems. The research shows that the problem posed by the author requires further study and clarification of results

The paper deals with methodological basics for database evolution on the consequences of manifestations of natural hazards in order to study the spatial and temporal regularities of hazardous natural processes, the estimation of probability in frequency of manifestations of hazardous natural processes in different regions of the Russian Federation and the natural hazard mapping. There are the analysis of the information sources, the identification of trends in the development of web resources and the substantiation required of web services. The prospects of the database development and its applications are shown.

This article is devoted to the research and analysis of changing family relationship in modern urban families of Kyrgyzstan during the transition to market way of life.

The article considers the problem of genital prolapse in women. This is not a rare pathology to date. On the basis of clinical hospital, the authors conducted the study, the statistical data and the results of observations of patients. The researcher also described the classification and different ways of treatment of this pathology, developed a new method of surgical treatment of genital prolapse (circular hemostatic suture in vaginal extirpation of the uterus). At the end of the article the conclusions have been made.

The article is devoted to problems of Russian inclusive education. Based on the results of theoretical analysis the author raises some questions and their solutions may help to increase the effectiveness of the activity of inclusive educational organizations, provide harmonization of relations of inclusive education members and that will guarantee a successful integration of children with disabilities and special needs in the society.

The author uses the data of 1994–2013 to estimate the effects of parent’s education and locality on occupation of adult sons and daughters, discovers that occupation of both sons and daughters depends on parent’s education. A high education attainment of parents increases the probability of children to be employed as officials, managers, or professionals. Locality has a strong influence on son’s occupation, while its effect on daughter’s occupation is less pronounced.

В данной статье раскрываются конкурентные преимущества событийного туризма перед другими его видами: уникальность, комплексность и многоаспектность, всесезонность, высокая доходность и регулярность, неистощимость по содержанию, возможность для брендирования целой территории, а также в ней выявляются необходимые для развития этого туризма ключевые ресурсы в форме различных культурных мероприятий, использующих богатое культурно-историческое наследие народов Южной Сибири. В статье делаются выводы, что все указанные мероприятия в этом регионе регулярно проводятся, привлекая многих туристов. Но специальных туров на эти мероприятия не существует, турфирмы не занимаются разработкой и реализацией таких турпродуктов, поэтому и масштабы привлечения туристов не отличаются большими объемами. Т. е. эти события являются пока только неэффективно используемым ресурсом.

В статье изложены результаты суточного мониторирования АД и ЭКГ по Холтеру у 180 женщин молодого возраста с АГ II стадии c гипоэстрогенемией с метаболически здоровым абдоминальным ожирением в зависимости от суточного профиля АД. У больных АГ с сердечно-болевым синдромом как по типу стенокардии, так и кардиалгии достоверно реже была выявлена безболевая ишемия миокарда у пациенток с нормальным суточным профилем АД по сравнению с лицами, имеющими чрезмерное ночное снижение АД (p<0,001). Исследуемые пациентки с нарушенным суточным профилем АД имели достоверно (p<0,001) большую потенциальную возможность развития эпизодов безболевой ишемии миокарда, чем при нормальном суточном профиле АД. Параметры ББИМ были достоверно (p<0,05) хуже у больных с типичной стенокардией, чем у лиц с кардиалгией, как в группе с нормальным суточным профилем АД, так и в группе с нарушенным суточным профилем АД.

В статье автором анализируется понятие «гендер» с точки зрения социального института. Сделаны выводы о том, что гендер как социальный институт включает в себя функции, символы и образы, ценности и нормы, статусы и роли. Образы мужчин и женщин складываются из гендерных стереотипов, гендерных эталонов и гендерных дисплеев.

В работе представлены результаты изучения полиморфизма генов фолатного цикла у добровольцев г. Астрахани двух этнических групп: русской и казахской. Фолатный цикл является сложным и важным этапом обмена веществ, в котором происходит метаболизм гомоцистеина. Дефицит фолиевой кислоты приводит к различным нарушениям в организме. Исследование проводили на женщинах добровольцах 18–33 лет.

В статье представлены результаты трехлетнего исследования речевых расстройств у пациентов с энцефалопатией неочагового генеза. Дается уровневый анализ наиболее частотных для указанных пациентов особенностей речи. Исследование проводилось с использованием методов нейровизуализации и психометрического инструментария, разработанного в Казанском федеральном университете.
