This scientific article is devoted to the study of the characteristics of agriculture in the Arctic zone. The Arctic region is characterized by extreme climatic conditions, which pose special challenges for agriculture. The article examines the factors influencing the development of agriculture in the Arctic, and also proposes solutions and innovative approaches for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector in this region.

The study of the social structure of society involves the selection of features that determine social stratification. The variety of these features contributes to the emergence of a large number of theoretical and methodological approaches. The article examines the most significant approaches for studying the social structure of Russian society based on the ideas of representatives of Western sociology: from class theories to theories of social stratification. In the process of transformation of society, not only the structure changes, but also the factors influencing it, which leads to the emergence of new approaches for the most complete and accurate analysis.

Abstract. The article is devoted to analysis of core functions and the leading trends in modern education comparative studies (comparative pedagogy), presented in the writings of the most authoritative representatives of pedagogical thought in the United Kingdom Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Against the background of the brief scientific essays portraits of several British scientists, it highlights the main ideas of scientific creativity, sketches of articles showing how their contents serve comparative literature in Britain as a whole (as an approach, method and the study per se). As a result of this comparative analysis, the author outlines the most important functions of the educational comparative science and the approaches on which it is based, that can be useful for the Russian education.

The article examines the dependence of socio-economic processes on the human capital development. The authors concluded that improving the quality of human capital, the level of knowledge and the formation of labor are the main guarantee of labor productivity and the growth of employment in the Russian Federation.

This article provides a theoretical analysis of certain concepts of the administrative process. According to the author in the scientific literature there are many opinions about the nature of social partnership nowadays. Some are reduced to the view that this concept is more about the relationship of employer and employee. Others believe that the social partnership also covers state agencies. Still others say that it is the concept of a political rather than social. The article analyzes the different views about the nature of social partnership, generalized approaches to the content of the concept.

The article explores the ways to optimize the size of the printed guide. As a result, being an edition with creolized text, the guide has components, which modernization will facilitate the introduction of interactive features into traditional genre model. As specific examples, the author offers to use activity elements in the printed guidebook from the formats that are widely used in children's literature, namely from the panorama book (three-dimensional images, inserts, paper engineering) and travel diary («journaling»).
