In this article the author shares pedagogical experience of formation discursive competence of students of the faculty "Management" during the sequential action of two corresponding federal state educational standards of bachelor level, which resulted in problems of scientific research. On a theoretical level, it provides a comparative analysis of the scientific literature and regulations dealing with the formation of discursive competence of students-managers. At the empirical level, it used methods of observation and generalization of pedagogical experience. Conclusions at the end of the work can be taken into account when training and for further research.

«The uniqueness of the architectural carving of the city of Tyumen in artistic and aesthetic education of future teachers»

Accumulated vast teaching and research material confirms the need for revival and application possibilities of folk decorative-applied art as an effective means of artistic and aesthetic development of personality in educational work with students. The important role of the educational impact of the national decorative-applied art is devoted to wooden architecture of the Tyumen region and the Tyumen city in particular. In the carved decor of Tyumen buildings traditions of Russian decorative art, folk motifs are widely used. Introduction in future students-teachers education of wooden architecture of the Tyumen region will have a definite aesthetic impact on the opinion of the authors. The practical application of this knowledge will be found on arts and crafts classes. Comprehension of compositional ornament construction or pattern of wooden architecture may appear in the production of their creative works.

This article presents the main stages of development and professional growth of athletes specialised in rowing. The authors considered the characteristics of modern system of qualified athletes training, challenges that must be addressed at every stage and methodological aspects of their solutions at each stage of a training the qualified athlete. The necessity of training the athlete not only from the technical point of view, but also according to safety rules is grounded. Significant attention in the assessment of the quality and efficiency of the methodology for training professional athletes in rowing is paid to performance requirements permitting to assess the athlete’s degree of involvement in training process and his real level at the moment.

The author raises the problem of the construction of ecological civilization in China in terms of the definition of «ecological civilization» in the context of traditional Chinese culture in its relationship with the traditional and the modern understanding of harmony and harmonious society, and the development of regulation in the sphere of environmental protection. In the article the analysis of philosophical aspects of this problem is given. The author demonstrates the approach developed by the Chinese scholars to understanding of the ecological civilization as a new stage in the human society’s development coming after industrial society. In conclusion the author proposes to consider this approach a necessary civilizational choice that is to be made by the Chinese society.
