A comprehensive assessment of the results of the state program implementation of the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district – Yugra of the culture development in the conditions of the economic crisis was carried out. It is shown that, under the condition of planned state municipal management and regulation it is possible to implement the programs of the cultural sphere development. Despite the socio-economic crisis and the presence of unsolved problems, all-Russian and international events are being held on a high-level on the district area, it means the effectiveness of public policy in the vector of culture and development.

This article analyzes the influence of Orthodoxy on the development of civilization, culture and identity of a citizen of Russia. The article actualizes the problem of increasing the effectiveness of training foreign students in the economic profile in the context of the subsequent provision of the labor market with highly qualified professionals that meet the growing demands of the current economic situation. The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

Межпозвоночная грыжа – одно из распространенных заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата. Однако ее наличие не означает отказ от активного образа жизни и занятия физкультурой. Цель данной статьи – узнать, какими видами спорта можно заниматься, а какими категорически нельзя при возникновении данной проблемы. Этот вопрос актуален тем, что в наши дни происходит сильная популяризация спорта и здорового образа жизни, а т.к. данная проблема весьма распространена, то людям необходимо об этом знать как можно больше.

В статье рассмотрены особенности поглощающей способности буровых шламов. Буровые шламы имеют способность поглощать и удерживать соли, растворенные в воде. Данную способность можно объяснить тем, что частицы бурового шлама благодаря силам молекулярного притяжения могут притягивать и с большой силой удерживать на поверхности молекулы различных веществ. Способность бурового шлама поглощать вещества из раствора во многом зависит от содержания в нем мельчайших частиц, главным образом коллоидных; чем богаче буровые шламы коллоидами, тем сильнее выражена его поглотительная способность. В основе такой связи лежит сила молекулярного притяжения, а данное явление называется адсорбцией. Чем сильнее проявляется степень раздробления твердого вещества и чем больше его удельная поверхность, тем сильнее оно будет поглощать, тем выше будет его адсорбционная способность.

Рост вовлеченности населения страны в занятия физической культурой и спортом является одним из важенйших целевых показателей Федеральной целевой программы «Развитие физической культуры и спорта в Российской Федерации на 2016–2020 годы» (далее – Программа). Целями Программы являются создание условий, обеспечивающих возможность гражданам систематически заниматься физической культурой и спортом в любой форме, а одним из основных целевых показателей и индикатором Программы обозначена единовременная пропускная способность (ЕПС) объектов спорта как фактор обеспечения совершенствования условий для развития массового спорта. В статье представлены результаты анализа действующих методик расчета ЕПС.

В статье представлен анализ результатов совместной работы администрации г. Владивостока со спортивными общественными организациями в сфере физической культуры и спорта в г. Владивостоке.
