В статье рассмотрены проблемы разработки стратегических планов малых предприятий в условиях мирового финансового кризиса. Авторы отмечают мобильность малого бизнеса как одно из преимуществ.

Финансовая устойчивость является одной из важнейших характеристик финансового состояния любой организации. Неоднозначность трактовки данной экономической категории обусловила наличие ряда подходов к ее оценке и анализу. В данной статье проведено исследование и структурирование существующих методов оценки финансовой устойчивости организации с определением целесообразности применения каждого из них.

Исследования посвящены изучению особенностей оценки инвестиционной привлекательности субъектов РФ; конкретизируется понятие «риск бюджета» с целью оценки эффективности формирования доходов и расходов для региональных бюджетов; предлагается механизм взаимосвязи показателей оценки риска федерального и регионального бюджетов через определение бюджетной устойчивости субъектов РФ посредством их интегральной оценки.

В статье рассматривается методика многомерного сравнительного анализа, основанная на ранжировании покупателей-дебиторов с точки зрения их платежеспособности и финансовой устойчивости.

В статье рассмотрена и изложена методика прогнозирования стоимости эксплуатации и ремонта сельскохозяйственной техники, поставляемой предприятиями промышленности при формировании плана государственной поддержки производителей сельскохозяйственной техники и сельхозпродукции. Выделены возможные методы расчёта и прогнозирования стоимости эксплуатации и ремонта сельскохозяйственной техники, даны рекомендации по составу математических моделей расчёта составляющих затрат. Детально раскрыта методика прогнозирования затрат на эксплуатацию и ремонт методом укрупнённых показателей.

В данной статье рассмотрена проблема определения сущности гудвилла. Проанализировано понятие гудвилла как с точки зрения бухгалтерского учета, так и с точки зрения экономики и юриспруденции. Определены структура, формы и виды гудвилла. Приведено сравнение учета нематериальных активов по российским и международным стандартам.

According to the author, modeling the systems of personnel management is a complex and multifaceted process and its basic step is to assess the system, including analysis of the structures, processes, and company/organization personnel quality through carrying out audit of the personnel management system.

This article analyzes the existing models for assessing the image of the territory and concluded that it is necessary to develop a model that allows to assess the image of the territory taking into account all the main target audiences. The study of models of the image of the territory considered in the scientific literature was carried out by the method of traditional (non-formalized) analysis of documents on the basis of scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors. The author suggests using the «ideal point» model to assess the image of the territory. At the same time, the assessment of the image of the territory should be carried out for all groups of consumers, taking into account the weight coefficients reflecting the importance of opinions and the number of respondents of each group.

According to the author, the lack of unified approaches to the calculation of financial indicators, the multiple interpretations of their meanings ​​and the imperfection of information support of financial analysis hamper the effectiveness of economic entities operating under market principles. The existing approach to determining the financial condition of an enterprise does not always give the required qualitative result of an evaluation of its financial and economic activities. While analyzing the financial status of economic entities, it would be useful to take into account their industry particularities, size and organizational structure, development strategy and competitiveness in the market for goods and services.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

This article presents a study of the dynamics of socio-psychological adaptation in adolescents during the course of pictorial arts. 60 teenagers aged 13 to 17 years have been participating in a longitudinal study for three years, systematically involved and not involved in pictorial art. It has been found that the creative adolescents have lower level of neuro-psychological adaptation and higher level of subjective feelings of loneliness than non-creative adolescents. But creative teenagers have significantly higher self-esteem, level of aspiration and satisfaction in achieving success and lower anxiety in relationships with adults. The influence of the creative group reflected on such personal qualities as: self-confidence, credibility among peers, ability to do things with their hands, social identity, loneliness, frustration needs in achieving success, problems and fears in relations with adults. The personal characteristics of creative adolescents have been identified. These characteristics distinguish them from others teenagers, and the effect of the creative group and creative activity indirectly on the personal qualities of adolescents.

The article discusses the concept and types of anxiety, the characteristics of student age, describes the experience of diagnosis and psychotherapy of students’ anxiety during the examination session by the scientific student laboratory. The work consists of 3 stages: 1) ascertaining stage – the aim is to analyze the level of students’ anxiety; 2) psycho-corrective stage – the aim is to optimize and reduce the level of anxiety of students in the examination period; 3) controlling stage – the aim is to analyze the influence of the method of desensitization and reprocessing trauma by eye movements (EMDR) on the level of students’ anxiety.

The article considers the problem of self-relationship as the formation of its positive orientation. Theoretical bases of understanding of self-relationship as a component of self-consciousness, self-esteem are presented. The results of an empirical research of self-attitude conducted on the sample of 1st and 4th courses students are presented. Common features in self-attitude of students have been identified. There are significant differences in the factors of self-attitude: self-interest, self-acceptance, self-guidance.

This paper studies the influence of regular pictorial creativity class and the environment of creative groups on overcoming the adolescent crisis. Each of 60 students was given a battery of tests. Psychological adaptation, self-esteem and level of aspiration, identity, the subjective sense of loneliness and school anxiety have been studied. The data of descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U criterion for nonparametric tests for two independent samples has been processed. It is concluded that adolescents in non-permanent creative groups have a reduced level of neuropsychic adaptation and self-esteem and also high levels of subjective loneliness and frustration in achieving success, compared with adolescents from the constant creative and uncreative groups.

This article discusses the economic potential and development trend of Chuvash Republic. All important economic indicators of Chuvash Republic like, Gross Regional Production (GRP), employment, export, import, performance of credit organization, per capita income have been taken into consideration to analyze economic performance. This paper also shows how any increase in per capita income effects socio-economic condition. Finally, this paper proposes adequate and proper measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in policy formation and use of financial resources in Chuvash Republic on the basis of analysis. Only secondary source of data has been used for analysis.

В данной статье рассматривается применение закона Бенфорда для оценки качества отчетов о движении денежных средств. Авторами проведена оценка отчетов о движении денежных средств российских организаций телекоммуникационной сферы, выявлены преимущества и недостатки использования данного метода.

В статье представлены особенности методического подхода к оценке достижения планируемых результатов обучения в начальной школе в условиях ФГОС. Предложенная автором система контроля и оценки характеризуется многоуровневым подходом к оцениванию учебных достижений.

В статье поднимается проблема качества образования. Отказ от единой государственной системы обучения, от многих давно устоявшихся традиций и введение новых выводит эту проблему в ряд приоритетных государственных и общественных. В статье рассмотрены понятия открытого образования и дистанционного курса как его базовой технологии; определена актуальность развития экспертизы в единой образовательной среде, представляющей совокупность педагогических методик и информационных технологий; дан обзор источников, раскрывающих некоторые аспекты предметной области и приведены аргументы, подтверждающие целесообразность развития данного направления исследований.
