The article considers the influence of the transformation policy of Alexander I in the field of education and in the central administration on the rapid development of the Russian higher school in the early 19th century. The Charter of 1804.

Increasing efficiency of activities is one of the most important tasks for trade organization. In this study, the author has analyzed the dynamics of the «Profit from sales» indicator, which is the financial result from the main type of activity, trade, and the “Vek-Vostok”, LLC company has been taken as an example. The work considers the order to form profits from sales. Based on the results of the study, the ways to increase profits of the organization have been revealed.

In the article, based on the court practice and studies of practicing lawyers, the analysis of the legal nature and features of the sales contract about real estate, which will be built in the future, is carried out. The article concludes that the future real estate sales contract is a type of investment contracts, which is most frequently found in legal practice. The results of the analysis can be used when structuring investment relations in real estate construction.

In the All-Russian Plant Quarantine Center the DEBUZZZER, dried diatomite powder of light beige color, has been presented by the Diamix Company for official testing in order to obtain the state registration of the Ministry of Agriculture. This article presents the results of laboratory studies of the DEBUZZZER preparation based on the diatomite against pests of stocks while processing wheat grain. It also shows the effectiveness of the DEBUZZZER against adult species of grain and rice weevils, their total death occurred on the 6th and 14th days accordingly, and the weight loss was up to 50%. The authors present the susceptibility to this drug by the imago of large and small meal worm, which was used to process the grain, and it caused 100% mortality on the 6th and 14th days and a decrease in the weight of test objects by 41.8 and 60.6%, accordingly. The vital activity of the larvae of the yellow mealworm beetle has decreased as a result of weight loss by 41.8%. However, the larvae remained viable and developed till pupal stage and imago despite weight loss, and death was indicated in only 6.7% of the species. The DEBUZZZER diatom powder implementation was not effective enough against the larvae of two species of Trogodermaspp.: khapra beetle and warehouse beetle, their mortality was 11.7 and 3.3% on the 20th day, accordingly. According to the authors, more frequent processing of the stored products is necessary for successful pest control.

The article examines the questions concerning the optimization of territorial structure in the Sverdlovsk region associated with the comprehensive transformation of the economy of single-industry towns and mono economics areas. The author has analyzed the population dynamics of the region and industrial production, with allocation of single-industry towns. A classification of towns by type of localization economy has been classified. The author has made some conclusions on quality solution of the problems in the single-industry towns in the Sverdlovsk region.

The article examines the cultural leisure time of citizens of the USSR in the 70-s on the example of the city of Nizhnekamsk. The paper deals with methodological basics for database evolution on the consequences of manifestations of natural hazards in order to study the spatial and temporal regularities of hazardous natural processes, the estimation of probability in frequency of manifestations of hazardous natural processes in different regions of the Russian Federation and the natural hazard mapping. Only secondary source of data has been used for analysis.

In this article the ways of optimization and enhancement of production of meat in the Kyrgyz Republic are considered. And also on the basis of statistical data and economic-mathematical modeling forecast calculations for the predicted years (2016–2020) are performed. Questions to increase the production volume by separate types of meat in the country are considered.

The article analyzes urgent issues of application of international law in the field of labor relations. The inclusion of international law in the Russian legal system has become a necessity because at the present time the most universally recognized norms of international law and international treaties can actually be achieved and implemented solely through the judicial system. The main domestic legal norm permitting courts of the Russian Federation to be guided by the provisions contained in international law is set out in part 4 of article 15 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Using a comparative law method this article describes the similarities and differences in the obligations as a result of the injury in the Russian Federation and other countries of continental legal family, characterizes the responsibility for harm caused by deficiencies of goods, jobs and services under the laws of the countries in the Anglo-Saxon legal family. The work also suggests the ways to improve the legislation.

This work is devoted to digital signal processing (DSP), differencing phases and antenna array (AA). The model was developed to measure differencing phases using software MATLAB/Simulink. The possibilities of quadrature measure method of phase displacement and Hilbert transform were considered.

This article gives an assessment of main structural changes in an economy of region as conditions of development of Western-Yakutian oil and gas cluster, reflects the possibilities of territories creation of priority development in Western Yakutia, estimates the natural resource, economic, investment potential and the development of energy engineering and transport infrastructure, it also tries to estimate the population distribution, potential and specialization of settlements, characterizes the demographic processes, population reproduction, and migration flows.

В работе приведены тенденции развития систем видеоконтроля для обеспечения безопасности в городской черте. Описана типовая структура системы видеонаблюдения для города. Проведен анализ эффективности применения специализированных функций программно-аппаратного комплекса «Безопасный город» для идентификации событий. Разработана концепция, позволяющая снизить затраты при проектировании системы видеоконтроля.

В статье рассматривается роль русского языка как языка посредника при обучении иностранному языку. В работе представлены результаты анкетирования студентов-билингвов, изучающих английский как иностранный.

В данной статье раскрываются конкурентные преимущества событийного туризма перед другими его видами: уникальность, комплексность и многоаспектность, всесезонность, высокая доходность и регулярность, неистощимость по содержанию, возможность для брендирования целой территории, а также в ней выявляются необходимые для развития этого туризма ключевые ресурсы в форме различных культурных мероприятий, использующих богатое культурно-историческое наследие народов Южной Сибири. В статье делаются выводы, что все указанные мероприятия в этом регионе регулярно проводятся, привлекая многих туристов. Но специальных туров на эти мероприятия не существует, турфирмы не занимаются разработкой и реализацией таких турпродуктов, поэтому и масштабы привлечения туристов не отличаются большими объемами. Т. е. эти события являются пока только неэффективно используемым ресурсом.
