The article is a research about extracurricular activities improvement in conditions of the Federal State Educational Standard. There is shown an experience of the comprehensive program of the extracurricular activities in languages, music, choreography, acting skills and musical instruments. The program aim is to promote learning of Udmurt and other Finno-Ugric languages and cultures in Izhevsk city.

In the process of scientific literature studying on the subject and practical work, using a variety of methods and techniques of children with disabilities education, the author came to the conclusion that labour activity is the most effective tool of social adaptation and implementation of individual capabilities of children with disabilities.

The article is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of the theory and methodology of general musical education. The need to integrate music lessons and after-hour activity of younger schoolboys due to the requirements of the new exemplary operating program of the subject "Music" (2014.), And about the basic educational programs of primary general education (2015.).
