This training flash program is recommended for implementation in the educational process in educational practice and it consists of «Care for surgical patients» module. The computer program includes educational material, revealing the structure and equipment of the surgical department with the use of animation clip. In order to check the quality of learning, the student must pass a test and solve situational problems. This article is devoted to the indicated problem.

The article aims to analyze the approaches of the German legislator and the criminal law doctrine on the system of the Special part of the Criminal code of Germany. The author considers different points of view of representatives of the German criminal law according to the doctrine on this issue. In conclusion, the Special part of penal law of Germany as a science and a branch of the law should be primarily based on existing legislation, i. e. the criminal code of Germany, including the rules of the Special part.

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению и выявлению взаимосвязи между финансовыми политиками частного и государственного секторов экономики, а также выявлению путей повышения её эффективности посредством развития и оптимизации механизмов государственно-частного партнерства. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью расширения возможностей законодательной базы в области ГЧП и перспективами развития данного вида сотрудничества бизнеса и государства, а также неблагоприятными экономическими условиями, вызванные введением санкций Еврозоной и США. Для оптимизации указанных бизнес-процессов в статье была выявлена и проанализирована проблематика развития ГЧП в рамках практики российского бизнеса, на основании которой были предложены иные формы взаимодействия государства и компаний.

Horizontal interaction problems are particularly relevant for the formal hierarchical systems in which vertical communications are tightly regulated and defined by accountability of subordinate units by higher ones. The article considers the problem of the effectiveness of horizontal communication on the state and municipal service. Approaches to determine the effectiveness of communication process, types of horizontal communication, as well as the characteristic features of the barriers and interagency cooperation are described. The possible ways to improve horizontal communication are offered.

The article is devoted to a very acute problem of impartiality of control trials results on physical training. Thanks to the investigation carried out the authors come to the conclusion that modern requirements objectivity to a physical training level among cadets is conceptual and doesn't comply with reality.

The article analyzes the work of Nizhne-Kurmoiarskaya loan-saving partnership in the early 20th century. This credit institution activity is examined by means of considering the documents of Inspection of small loan of Rostov office of State Bank in 1912–1917. In order to understand the features of this partnership, the author takes into account some historical facts about small credit institutions. In conclusion the researcher outlines the significance and the basic operations of Nizhne-Kurmoiarskaya loan-saving partnership in the Province of the Don Cossacks Host.

This paper analyzes the investment projects of grain deep processing. Deep processing of grain is the allocation and use of grain components. In the United States 36 percent of grain crop is exposed to deep processing. For Russia, the deep processing of grain is a relatively new concept. Its development in the Russian Federation will allow to produce high-tech products, which are in strong demand on the world market. Deep processing of grain is an integral part of import substitution. Despite the fact that the grain processing plants pay off just in 5 years, no plant has been built until recently. After joining the WTO alcohol production will be unprofitable without the production of grain processing products. The authors explore the market of wheat gluten, the starch market, the market of glucose-fructose syrup and the public-private partnership.

Research of mechanisms of formation of streams of ultrarelativistic particles in space plasma is among actual problems of astrophysics and, in particular, it is of interest to a problem of generation of space beams. Thus one of the main mechanisms of formation of streams of ultrarelativistic particles is surfing of charges on electromagnetic waves (see, for example, works [1-16]).
