The paper presents the results of the study in the predicative relationship of the lexeme “вор/thief” within the body of superstitious beliefs in the Russian and English languages. The author analyses universal-value fragments of Russian and English national cultures, such as the guilt culture and its understanding. The paper also provides an analysis of the predicative relationship in verb groups with the semantics of exposure, repentance, and punishment.

Franco-Yugoslav relations are a topic that has so far been little studied in modern Russian historiography. In the Soviet era this issue was given attention only in connection with the attempts of France to create a system of collective security in Europe from the aggression of the revisionist countries, and also in connection with the beginning of cooperation between the countries of the Lesser and Balkan Entente with the USSR. However, in the work the author focused directly on the bilateral cooperation of the two states, which explains not only the policy issues of the 1930s, but also is the key to understanding some of the processes of our time. Bilateral relations of states in the model of «mentor – student», the problem of the importance of the individual in history, and, finally, the problem of the role of the government's dialogue with the public through the media regarding the issues of foreign policy vector.

The author in this article describes the rights and duties of spouses according to Russian legislation. It is noted, when absolute freedom of action is meant, and when the spouses must fulfill their duties. The characteristics of legal relations between spouses in foreign law is given.

Identification of best practices and development of recommendations for improving the activities of regional commissions on the regulation of social and labor relations. The purpose of the article was to provide information on the development of improvement of the regional commissions on the regulation of social and labor relations, taking into account the analysis of the effectiveness of the commissions and identify best practices. The materials contained in the work can be used by the representatives of regional Executive bodies, employers ' and trade unions, who are members of the regional trilateral commissions, in the preparation of trilateral agreements and monitoring their implementation.

According to the author, the identification of sources of law governing the promotion of women's employment is important for clarifying the nature of the legal regulation mechanism, as well as for identifying gaps in this area. In the Russian Federation, normative legal acts regulating social relations in the sphere of women's employment are proposed every year, but they never come into force. The presence of the main legal gender-specific sources in the field of employment of women contributes to the reduction of discrimination in employment.

The paper delivers the comparative analysis of the synthetic process of the relationship marketing development models. It is proved that in spite of difficulties in its structure the system models encourage a better understanding of the structure, functions and interconnections of the relationship marketing in the services sector of higher education institutions. The research insights showed that the modern conception of the institutional relationship marketing imposes the set of commercial, state and noncommercial marketing instruments. This article discusses the history of the first public companies in the period from 1989 to 2001. The author explores the facts that influenced the emergence of this legal form of entrepreneurial activity, and its characteristics in this period.

This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

This article describes the figurative component of the linguacultural concept «property» revealed through the text analysis of the novel «The Man of Property» by John Galsworthy. The authors define the basic properties of the concept «property» and prototypical methods of reflecting objects and phenomena by this concept. The results of this research may be used in creating dictionaries of linguacultural concepts of the English language.

This paper has the analysis of the new situation of China – Japan – Russia relations, the analysis of Russia's strategy of «east» of increasingly complex forms in northeast Asia, which has a great significance to the formation of the northeast Asia economic integration.

In the article, based on the court practice and studies of practicing lawyers, the analysis of the legal nature and features of the sales contract about real estate, which will be built in the future, is carried out. The article concludes that the future real estate sales contract is a type of investment contracts, which is most frequently found in legal practice. The results of the analysis can be used when structuring investment relations in real estate construction.
