Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the use of social capital by migrant workers in the labor market. It is noted that the study of social capital as a factor of competition in regional labor markets remains relevant. Social capital has a significant impact on the process of acculturation of migrant workers. The study of the social component of the capital of migrant workers is important for optimizing the functioning of regional economic systems.

The article discusses the features of landscape design in cities of northern latitudes on the example of the development of the project of the alley "Puzzle" in the city of Nizhnevartovsk (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia). Analog projects of urban environment design are analyzed. The concept of the project, its ideological basis, which would correspond to the style and fit into the atmosphere of the city, is revealed; stylistic solutions (minimalism) and spatial composition of the alley "Puzzle" are described; techniques of landscaping are revealed.

The purpose of the study is to present the terminology of word-formation synthesis as an organized system and identify the stages of development of its relevant terms. The scientific novelty of the study resides in the fact that a structured corpus of word-formation synthesis terms with elements of definitional analysis is introduced into scientific usage. As a result, it has been proven that the terminology of word-formation synthesis is a multilevel, hierarchically organized system, and the inventory of units within it changes at different stages of research. The system of modification synthesis terms is examined and tested with and through several proprietary novel web scraping algorithms that allow extracting the verbs of sound from digital databases of contemporary dictionaries and the National Corpus of the Russian language.

In the article we consider a new scalar production in the linear subspace of n vectors (by analogy with the geometry of Lobachevsky, all two vectors are orthogonal as projections of the third vector). With help of the production we obtain a new form of linear projection of the additional vector to the subspace. The rapid algorithm of finding of optimum linear estimation of additional vector on the known vectors ensues from the projection.

The article outlines the theoretical aspects of the innovative ecosytem concept. The main factors that form a favorable environment for the development of ecosystems in the region are identified. Based on the correlation-regression model, the relationship between the region's investment attractiveness and the human capital is established. The estimated cost of investment in fixed assets and the average annual number of employees for ecosystems in the Yaroslavl region have been considered.

Статья посвящена использованию JSON API на основе Android-приложения по мониторингу рынка криптовалют «CoinData». Рассматриваются также общие аспекты работы с форматом JSON и сервисами API. Используемый при разработке язык программирования – Java.

Программный комплекс позволит проводить занятия по таким направлениям, как развитие внимания, памяти и эмоций. Все задания формируются согласно применяемым методикам. Основное назначение разрабатываемого комплекса – обеспечение возможности проведения занятий с детьми в удалённых населённых пунктах, где отсутствует возможность обучения в специализированных учебных заведениях.

В работе говорится, что производительность является долговременным фактором обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста и сохранения конкурентоспособности, как национальной экономики в целом, так и отдельных деловых единиц. Чтобы сохранить и упрочить свое рыночное положение, организации должны обеспечивать необходимое качество трудовой жизни, на которое влияют такие факторы, как уровень технологии, организация труда, стиль и методы управления производственными процессами. Поэтому поток инвестиций в человеческий капитал должен быть непрерывным. Тем не менее, практика функционирования российских организаций показывает, что в настоящее время нельзя говорить о полномасштабных инвестициях в человеческий капитал.

The phenomenon of origin of more than 15-year trend of lowering of the assortment of the computer equipment and accessories in the retail market in the Russian Federation is probed. The directions of the institutional transformations capable to break a negative trend are offered and to exert the positive impact on scientific and technical progress in the country.

The article presents the design of the refrigerant compressor characterized in that, in order to improve performance and operational reliability, each silencer is equipped with a cooling casing connected to the cooling jacket of the cylinder by means of a capillary tube, and the inlet pipe of the cooling medium is connected to the cooling housings. The article also presents the design of the stand for testing the proposed cold-rolled compressor for operational reliability with enhanced functionality.

Статья посвящена методологии RAD-разработки информационных систем. На одном из первоначальных этапов проектирования ИС их разработка проводилась на стандартных языках программирования. Но в связи с увеличением запросов пользователей и повышением сложности разрабатываемых систем потребовались новые средства, которые значительно сокращали бы сроки работы. В связи с этим сформировалось целое направление в области ПО, а именно специальные инструментальные средства для ускоренной разработки приложений.

The institutional trap connected to the current model of financing of universities of the Russian Federation is probed. Ways of lowering of influence of the revealed institutional trap on science at the higher school are offered.

The authors consider two intermediaries: the intermediary between the world of the nature and the person – means of work or "fixed capital" of a society as productive force of social activities, and the intermediary inside a society – cost in the form of money without what it is impossible to define labour productivity and structural transformations in a society. The article gives engineering understanding of productive force and productivity of the process equipment by the example of calculation and a choice of the automatic transfer line.

The authors consider concepts “productive force” and “labour productivity” on the concrete example taken from the literature, and pay reader’s attention to “entertaining arithmetic” or mess that economists might have while observing scientific definitions of these concepts in practice. The authors give the understanding of these economic categories.
