Данная работа посвящена рассмотрению этапов развития баскетбола в мире и его зарождению. По справедливому замечанию автора, баскетбол – один из самых популярных и широко посещаемых видов спорта в мире.

Авторы рассмотрели такой вид спорта, как баскетбол. Самое главное в этом виде спорта – это развитие ловкости, мышление и укрепление физических показателей.

Формирование любой сложной транспортно-логистической системы происходит под влиянием внешних факторов, которые непосредственно связаны с окружающей средой. Анализ и выявление данных факторов позволит в дальнейшем оценить и качественно измерить эффективность функционирования самого формирования и позволит построить статистическую модель для дальнейшего анализа.

В статье изложены научно-обоснованные мероприятия по увеличению надежности и долговечности портовых перегрузочных машин в процессах их эксплуатации, технического обслуживания и ремонта и рассмотрены основы моделирования и оптимизации показателей технической системы портовых перегрузочных машин многократного использования.

В статье речь идет о моральных аспектах конкуренции. На сегодняшний день участников рыночного процесса становится все больше и больше, и далеко не у всех есть возможности и ресурсы вести конкурентную борьбу на честной основе, и, дабы спасти свое дело предприниматели, идут против законодательства с целью занять большее место на рынке или вовсе вытеснить конкурента.

Проведение комплексного экономического анализа на предприятии позволяет дать всестороннюю оценку финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, для последующего принятия эффективных решений для развития бизнеса. Экономический анализ оборотных активов позволяет объективно и полностью оценить деятельность торгового предприятия и помогает в выборе правильных управленческих решений, которые выведут деятельность организации на новый уровень. Поскольку для торговых организаций оборотные активы являются главной составляющей хозяйственной жизни: обеспечивают реализацию социально-экономических целей торговли, отличаются многофункциональностью и преобладают в составе оборотных активов, автор статьи предлагает изучить вопрос анализа оборотных активов как главного элемента экономического анализа торгового предприятия. Автором статьи предлагается использование определенной методики анализа оборотных активов, которая представляет собой изначально общую оценку деятельности организации, анализ состава, динамики и структуры оборотных активов предприятия. Проводится оценка обеспеченности предприятия собственными оборотными средствами, оценивается эффективность использования оборотных активов. По мнению автора, проведение комплексного анализа оборотных активов на предприятиях торговли должно проводиться ежеквартально, с целью минимизации уровня дебиторской задолженности, рационального распределения, использования и пополнения товарных запасов, контроля денежных потоков.

В статье рассмотрены некоторые методы оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия. Авторами также выделены плюсы и минусы каждого метода. Для корректной оценки и дальнейшего повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия разработано множество методов, которые могут применяться как по отдельности, так и в комплексе, в зависимости от задач, поставленных перед началом проведения оценки.

В статье рассматривается проблемы гуманизации условий содержания осужденных в России, указывается на необходимость соблюдения международных стандартов обращения с заключенными и осужденными, в том числе и в интересах дальнейшей успешности их ресоциализации.

Процессы структурных преобразований рассматриваются применительно как к успешно действующим предприятиям, так и к убыточным. Указаны этапы реструктуризации предприятий. Особое внимание уделено этапам финансовой реструктуризации, представленному в виде алгоритма.

Статья посвящена краткому анализу внешнеэкономической деятельности Казахстана. Авторами ставится задача рассмотреть основной товарооборот Казахстана, взаимодействие Казахстана во внешней торговле с партнерами в международных отношениях. На основе приведенных данных за последний период товарооборота Казахстана формулируется картина политической стабильности, что является ключевым фактором доверия иностранных инвесторов, который несет в себе привлечение инвестиций в экономику Республики Казахстан.

All possible solutions for the effective enterprise are given.

The article deals with the organization of the market of container transportation by rail and water transport. The authors came to the conclusion that due to the excessive supply of transportation capacities, which will remain a fundamental problem of the world container market at least until 2019, negative dynamics of sea freight rates will be monitored.

This work considers questions of origin and formation of the Yaroslavl football club «Shinnik». The characteristic of infrastructure of the stadium is given, as it was planned to carry out its reconstruction initially by 2010 in honor of the millennium and further inclusion of stadium in the list of the cities in which the FIFA World Cup will be held is studied. Origin of boxing and its formation from amateur boxing to professional is considered in article. As rules of conducting fight from Ancient Rome and as the boxing became the Olympic sport changed up to now is studied. The box demands from the fighter physical force and endurance, excellent reaction and coordination, the perfected equipment. Skills of the boxer are poured extremely effective in extreme situations when it is necessary to stand for itself, for the relatives, for justice.

The psychological methods used by sports psychologists for studying relationship in team and drawing up individual psychological cards of the athlete are represented. On the basis of the diagnosis and drawing up psychological cards of athletes selection of candidates can be made in the process of training, as well as during the competitions and preparations for them, that allows to improve the personal qualities of athletes.
