Статья посвящена проблемам изменения трудового законодательства в 2018 году. В этот период будут введены поправки в Трудовой Кодекс РФ, связанные с изменениями правил оформления договоров с персоналом, а также с появлением новой формы трудовых договоров – электронной. В итоге рост числа нелегальных или полулегальных сотрудников приводит к сокращению поступления налога в казну и взносов во внебюджетные фонды. А трудовой договор в электронной форме мог бы снять эти проблемы. Отсюда, возникает необходимость в ведении поправок в Трудовой кодекс и Закон об электронной подписи. Возможность заключать договора дистанционно имеет с одной стороны – риски, но с другой – кардинально решает проблемы, такие как сокращение издержек, экономия времени, увеличение желающих трудиться.

В статье описывается переходный этап при обучении иностранному языку, предваряющий изучение ИЯ на основе проектной методики. Подготовительный этап к проектной работе включает в себя все виды деятельности, необходимые для разработки полноценного проекта.

Описана система профессиональных компетенций как инструмент, позволяющий определять требования к выпускникам и обеспечивать их конкурентоспособность.

В данной статье рассмотрены аспекты оценки эффективности взаимодействия профессиональных образовательных организаций и работодателей путём использования предложенных показателей и критериев. Авторы приходят к выводу, что данные показатели и критерии требуют дальнейшего изучения и проработки.

В данной статье рассматривается вопрос использования песочной терапии в работе с детьми 4–5 лет. Песочная игротерапия направлена на развитие мелкой моторки рук, памяти, внимания, воображения, также благотворно влияет на эмоциональное состояние детей, знакомит с окружающим миром, благотворно влияет на психику детей, снимают напряжение, гасит негативные эмоции, тренируют терпение.

В статье рассматривается влияние физической подготовки на повышение работоспособности студентов, а как результат и на их умственную активность. Данное исследование проводилось в целях повышения интереса обучаемых к физической культуре. Исследования проводились методом анализа трудов отечественных специалистов в области физической культуры. В статье представлены педагогические условия, реализация которых, по мнению автора, будет способствовать повышению работоспособности и умственной активности студентов.

В статье рассмотрен подход к разработке методики развития прыгучести у студентов, занимающихся игровыми видами спорта. Раскрыто влияние специальных физических упражнений на повышение уровня скоростно-силовой подготовки студентов-спортсменов. Описан педагогический эксперимент, позволяющий сделать вывод об эффективности предложенного подхода.

Показано влияние движений пальцев рук на умственное развитие детей, затронута проблема недостаточно развитой речевой активности в современном мире. Авторы старались показать роль воспитателя в формировании у детей дошкольного возраста развития мелкой моторики рук и, следовательно, развития речи.

В статье рассмотрены особенности физической подготовки спортсменов легкоатлетов, специализирующихся в беге на короткие дистанции. Работа посвящена исследованию, целью которого было разработать и определить эффективность средств оптимизации физической подготовки высококвалифицированных легкоатлетов-спринтеров в подготовительный период. Исследование проводилось на базе ФГБОУ ВО «ЧГИФК».

Актуальность изучения деятельности правоохранительных органов при расследовании и предупреждении киберпреступлений заключается в том, что эффективность подобного рода занятия невозможна без существенной методической и технической подготовки сотрудников, с учетом их постоянного профессионального обучения. Статья посвящена вопросам реализации организационно-технического обеспечения при расследовании преступлений в сфере компьютерных преступлений. Проведен анализ необходимых статистических данных, проанализирована деятельность соответствующих органов, занимающихся подобной деятельностью. Предложены рекомендации для решения отдельных вопросов повышения эффективности борьбы с киберпреступлениями.

Conducting scheduled repair work in accordance with the laws of distribution and cost of performance of work between the services of vehicles and determining the optimal value for ATC units providing traffic safety, the costs of maintaining the required level of reliability allows to increase the level of reliability in acceptable costs and any laws for the allocation of their resources. The article considers possibilities of model expansion taking into account cost of the restored spare part.

The means and methods of physical culture applied at the higher military school for adaptation of students to the conditions of fulfillment of military-professional activity are shown in the article. It is noted that in terms of the military-professional activities graduates of higher military educational institution should have a high degree of development of physical qualities, which are the basis of psychological preparation of military personnel.

The paper presents research materials on the introduction of conjugated training of physical abilities based on specially selected exercises in the process of training military aerospace troops. The results of testing the effectiveness of the use of methods of conjugated training of physical abilities of military personnel on the basis of specially selected exercises are given. It is noted that the experimental methodology has contributed to the growth of the effectiveness of increasing the level of physical fitness of the aerospace troops.

The problems of public hearings, their organization and conduct are debatable around the world. This institution of self-government is being improved in accordance with the expansion of citizens' rights in the management of urban processes, the introduction of information technologies in the implementation process. In Russia, the Federal Law №212 dated July 21, 2017 introduced changes to the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation to improve the effectiveness of this institution in the conditions of informatization and digitalization. The authors of this article conducted a comparative analysis of the forms and procedures of organization, issues discussed in world practice, and concluded that in European countries, the USA, Canada the range of issues discussed at public hearings is wider, information technologies are used more widely, and decisions are mandatory for making. In Russia, the results of public hearings have no legal status. A study of world practices is required to use the positive experience of other countries in ensuring the effectiveness of this institution.

Work acquaints with psychological technologies in sport. Formation of sports psychology, its essence, reasons of emergence and technique of work of sports psychologists with various age groups are represented. The author points out that an important role is also played by psychodiagnostics in sport – the use of methods of psychology for assessment of mental processes of athletes on which success of sports activity depends.

The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

The article represents an option of shared use of the solar energy equipment and traditional thermal equipment, which allows system to work from single heating room, and from solar energy in combined form. The graphs of the results of solar power measurements on different surfaces are represented. The formula obtained on the basis of measurements is given, which makes it possible to calculate the solar energy received per day.
