The article describes the Valery Bryusov’s activity in «Vesy» magazine as a translator and critic of the French poet-symbolist Paul Verlaine. Paul Verlaine’s poetry has had an important impact on the Russian symbolism development.

According to the authors among the new psychoactive substances, the number of which is growing every year, despite the measures aimed at the obstacles to their dissemination there discovered the most frequent violations of psychotic conditions associated with use of synthetic cannabinoid in clinical practice. On the black market, they are distributed through online shops, under the guise of herbal mixtures for Smoking. When ingested, this group of drugs at the peak of intoxication raises a number of mental (different according to the depth of impaired consciousness, auditory and visual hallucinations, panic attacks, acute psychotic paranoid disorders, catatonic stupor, polar affective disorders, acute polythematic delusional symptoms) and somatic disorders (disorders of heart rhythm and conduction, acute ischemic disorders, hypertension, depression of respiratory activity, violation of thermoregulation, development of acute renal failure, vomiting, expressed cephalgia, clinic of hypokalemia). In the reviewed literature and authors own observations there have been discovered some cases of mental addiction development to synthetic cannabinoids. The analysis of new literature data and own clinical observations helped the authors to compare the psychotropic effects caused by this group of drugs, relative to other known surfactants. The toxic effects of CSC on the body greatly exceeds the use of plant cannabinoids, and it has almost the same effects as the synthetic cathinone’s. The speed of formation of psychological dependence is lower compared to synthetic cathinone. Developing current strategies for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients who use synthetic cannabinoids remains an important task for practical healthcare.

The majority of synthetic cannabinoids (SC), belongs to the group of so-called designer drugs distributed through illegal online shopping. The first reports of this group of psychoactive substances appeared in the 70s of the last century. Today, according to various estimates, there are over 160 varieties of synthetic cannabinoids, and this figure is increasing annually due to the synthesis of new substances in the group. This group of substances is designed to «copy» the psychoactive effects of cannabis. Initially, these substances were created solely for research purposes, to study the endocannabinoid system of the person. Natural THC is a partial agonist of cannabinoid receptors. Synthetic cannabinoids are full agonists CB1R and CB2R types of cannabinoid receptors. Most countries in the world, including Russia, at the legislative level have taken restrictive measures for preventing the spread of this group of substances. In order to circumvent the legislative measures, the producers of synthetic cannabinoids regularly changing the chemical formula. Each year, an increasing number of emergency hospital admissions associated with the use of synthetic cannabinoids in the peer-reviewed literature describes the deaths directly attributable to medical complications after taking synthetic cannabinoids. Numerous studies have proven the possibility of developing psychological dependence due to the use of synthetic cannabinoids. The proposed review of the literature is presented for the purpose of organizing data in the field of synthetic cannabinoids.

The article deals with the classification system of arts by American analytical philosopher Nelson Goodman. His concept of the dividing of the art-world into two types of art: «allographic» and «autographic» arts is strongly problematic. The author proves that an empirical distinction between the types of art does not negate the profound unity of the artistic world. In the arts, a variety of the material embodiment of artistic images, does not deny their common genetic code of the creative process.

It was noted in the article, that initially the problem of interpolation of the simple plane curve arose in the problem of simulation of subsonic flow around a body with the subsequent calculation of the velocity potential using the vortex panel method. However, as it turned out, the practical importance of this method is much wider. This algorithm can be successfully applied in any task that requires a discrete set of points which describe an arbitrary curve: potential function method, flow around an airfoil with the trailing edge (airfoil, liquid drop, etc.), analytic expression, which is very difficult to obtain, creation of the font and logo and in some tasks of architecture and garment industry.

The paper presents the results of an investigation of ESR-dependent RBC adrenoreactivity (RBC-AR) among young males and females. It has been revealed that young females’ predominant RBC-AR type is the aggregant type, manifested in ESR increase in the presence of adrenaline (in vitro). Young males’ most common type is the areactive type, which reflects, obviously, more stable physical and psycho-emotional state.

В статье автором дано современное представление о полисимптомности и полисиндромности нарушений речи с позиции лингвистики. В работе также рассматриваются типологические интонационные несовершенства устной речи у детей, имеющих общее недоразвитие речи III уровня. В представленной работе дана оценка текущему финансовому состоянию конкретной организации аграрной сферы, на основе оптимизации структуры баланса рекомендованы направления улучшения ее платежеспособности, ликвидности и финансовой устойчивости.

Анкетирование взрослого населения позволило выявить различные заболевания органов пищеварения. В исследовании жителей Якутии использовался гастроэнтерологический вопросник. Анкета включает вопросы питания, наличие или отсутствие жалоб на органы пищеварения, факторов риска. Авторами обследовано 131 человек, женщин – 100, мужчин – 31, средний возраст 39,5 лет. С помощью анкетирования выявлены симптомы диспепсии у 24,4% населения и факторы риска, такие как прием пищи всухомятку, большие интервалы между приемами пищи и поспешная еда. Для выявления заболеваний органов пищеварения рекомендуется широкое использование анкетирования населения.

The article covers an approach to modelling of the cyclic macroeconomic dynamics, which allows to increase the accuracy of approximation of the real data in order to further forecasting of the medium-term changes in volume of gross domestic product. This approach allows to determine more accurately the turning points of cycles and to fix the changes in the amplitude and duration of the separate cycle waves. The article also covers the comparative analysis of the constructed model and the «simple-sine» model generally used at practical researches.

The changes of biochemical asymmetry of rats with different motor phenotype (left-handed, right-handed and ambidexters) during their adaptation to hypokinesia have been studied. It is shown that the development of hypokinetic stress in rats owing to restriction of their mobility leads to sharp activation of the processes of lipids peroxidation and to decrease of tiol-disulphate metabolism in brain cortex of animals with different phenotype of motor hemispheric asymmetry. The degree of studied parameters asymmetry changes in hypokinesia. There is a significant reduction of asymmetry coefficient till the inversion of its sign that testifies about decreasing stress resistance of an organism and adaptive possibilities to external influences.

This article describes the theory of individual’s informational socialization; new types of social and informational trainees’ deviations; social and pedagogical point of view on preventative measures for internet addicted children and teenagers by means of system organization of students’ informational and pedagogical support under the conditions of social and information security risks. The author concludes that there is a need in individual’s informational world-image formation as a pedagogical condition, affecting students’ informational socialization and complex internet influence, because there are development and realization possibilities of individual’s creativity in new realities of informational society together with negative effect on children.
