Данная статья посвящена научному рассмотрению детского коллектива как единой системы и педагогическому анализу путей его сплочения. В работе рассматриваются авторитет учителя, социальная деятельность, дисциплина, а также ряд факторов, влияющих на взаимоотношения детей.

В РФ необходимой составляющей зимнего содержания дорог, магистралей и других объектов дорожного хозяйства является использование противогололёдных реагентов (ПГР). В настоящее время в Москве ПГР представлены преимущественно хлоридной группой. Участки с высокой степенью концентрации хлора характеризуются полным исчезновением крупных беспозвоночных и резким снижением численности мелких беспозвоночных, изменяется численность почвенной фауны и состав доминирующих видов. Как показали результаты исследований, содержание хлора в зависимости от мест отбора снега существенно варьировало, что обусловлено как интенсивностью применяемых ПГР, так и неравномерностью их внесения.

Терроризм – постоянный спутник человечества, относящийся к числу самых опасных и непредсказуемых явлений современности, который приобретает все более различные формы и большие масштабы. Характеризуется это негативное социальное явление хорошей конспирацией, высокой подготовкой террористов в совершении террористического акта, современным техническим оснащением. Ввиду этого, полиции как неотъемлемой части органов внутренних дел требуется использование всей совокупности соответствующих правовых средств для подготовки и проведения контртеррористической операции. Но и этого будет недостаточно. Чтобы была положительная динамика для противодействия этому явлению, необходима работа с общественностью, с институтами гражданского общества, СМИ.

По мнению исследователей, в связи с событиями на Украине, войной в Сирии, участившимися террористическими актами, наплывом беженцев и, в целом, со сложной мировой обстановкой, а также проанализировав вышесказанное, думается, что создание Нацгвардии – шаг, безусловно, своевременный и верный, ведь данная структура вполне способна усилить контроль за безопасностью внутри российского государства. Поэтому следует урегулировать взаимодействие между государственными органами исполнительной власти и Федеральной службы войск национальной гвардии, необходимо создание нормативно-правовых актов, которые исключат все существующие проблемы сотрудничества.

The problem of developing low-yield oilfields in the Orenburg region is an important problem for the regional economy. Changes in the natural structure of pore space occur during the filtration of fluids during the development of deposits. Technological (injected into the reservoir water) and natural (oil) fluids contain a large number of solid particles of various origins - mechanical, salt, biological, paraffin, resinous asphaltene, etc. During fluid filtration, part of the pores are blocked by these particles (collation of pore systems). Considering the existing technical solutions of the devices that allow to destroy the bottomhole formation zone and revealing their shortcomings, we proposed a device for multiple hydroimpulse impact on the reservoir, which can be used in conjunction with string pumps during well development.

В статье на основе результатов проведенного анализа обозначены проблемы, возникающие при взаимодействии таможни и бизнеса. Одним из шагов для решения данной проблемы является совершенствование механизма взаимодействия таможенных органов и бизнеса, путем формализации его элементов. В работе обобщены и систематизированы элементы механизма взаимодействия, определена его общая модель, отражающая взаимосвязь и влияние элементов.

В статье исследуются характерные особенности проверки результатов допроса участников уголовного процесса. Автором рассмотрены задачи и цели проверки показаний на месте. В работе перечислены лица, которые могут принимать участие в проведении данной проверки. Исследователем проанализирован порядок действий при проверке показаний на месте.

According to the author, modern rehabilitation facilities do not have psychological tool that helps people with chemical addictions to optimize their life orientations. The research methods: analysis of psychological literature on this subject; testing; method of mathematical data processing (Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analyses of data). Dependent persons have lowered indicators of reason to live and meaningful orientations. Their personal development is hampered because of a lower level of perception of the integral time of their life. They have higher level of such destructive orientations as confrontational coping, running away from a problem and higher level of constructive orientations – orientation on the solution of the problem, acceptance of responsibility and a positive reassessment of the situation. Sometimes constructive coping is associated with indicators related to the difficulties of personal development. Addicted persons’ tendency toward prosocial behavior is high. At the same time, the helping behavior is more pronounced, when the respondents believe in themselves and in people less. Based on the findings, the Program of Measures, accompanying the rehabilitation of dependent persons, has been compiled.
