Stages of through technologies of production of functional food products from preparation of agricultural raw materials to its transportation and production of final products are considered.

The article outlines the features of using the cybernetic approach, which is based on the idea of being able to form a general approach to the consideration of management processes in systems of various nature (in particular, logistics).
