The article is dedicated to the monument of historical and cultural heritage of the Buddhist monastery of Ajina-Teppa. When carrying out archaeological excavations, a large number of works of sculpture, painting and Buddha in nirvana were found here. Ajina-Teppa is a testament to the merging of traditions and images of Indian art into one organic whole with local, Bactrian-Toharistani ones. This monument is also important for identifying the origins of ties and interaction of cultures of the peoples of Central Asia, which are rooted in antiquity.

In accordance with the article, 11 deposits coal on the territory of Tuva are accounted by State Reserves Register of the Russian Federation, the total profitable reserves are estimated at 1,12 billion tons whereof 936.6 thousand tons are dealt with as coking coals. The vast majority of explored deposits of coals of the republic are concentrated in the Ulugh-Khem basin, the total projected resources of which exceed 20 bill.t. It is substantiated that coking coal of the Ulugh-Khem basin is the most competitive resource of Tyva Republic. Low ash content, excellent caking index, low sulfur and phosphorus in coking coal of ranks GG and GZh indicate their high quality, according to these characteristics GG, GZh coal ranks take precedence over Kuznetsk and Pechora coals. About 70 bill.t of coking coal are annually mined in Russia, but there is a deficit on certain coal ranks. It is primarily related to internal prices increase for coking coal in Russia. According to forecasts of researchers coal deficit will rise up to 15–17 bill.t in the country.

The author demonstrates the continuity of the social order: from the community to the tribal community and tribe, focuses on the problem of the coexistence of Cro-Magnon and Neanderthals and the causes of the Neanderthals death, as well as military clashes between the tribes belonging to different archaeological cultures.

This article introduces Thematic Photobooks system as a mean of special children's' development. According to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky and Activity Theory by A. Leontiev and S. Rubinstein, the development of a child’s intellectual activity highly depends on the presence of mediating agents in children’s interaction with the environment and highlights the presence of a social medium for children’s development. The process of creating Thematic Рhotobooks about a child and his/her life as a creative collaboration of an adult and a child serves as a mediating agent between a child and his surrounding. The benefits from photography and photo stories for the child's development is described. Creating Photobooks is a goal and a process at the same time. It helps a child to develop important life skills and acquiring knowledge. The structure, application and advantages of this system are presented along with a real life example of a special child as a case study.

In this article the employment problem among youth is covered. This problem is important nowadays because of the situation of an economic crisis and the youth becomes one of the most unprotected group of the population. As young people have no practical experience and employers draw the close attention to this fact first of all, they are forced to work not in their specialty that is one of the reasons of turnover of staff. The reasons of turnover of staff among youth became an object of research. A research objective – identification and the analysis of the reasons of turnover of staff among youth for development of recommendations about their elimination. The tool for carrying out a research is a sociological poll. The authors presented the results of questionnaire and developed some recommendations to decrease the level of turnover of staff in retail chain stores.

In the XXIst century the role of tax administration is becoming more and more important in the increasingly stiff competition and economic reforms in the World Economy. The article has studied the human factor regarding it as an inseparable part of tax administration. The article also investigates the following issues tax administration faces: provision of new tax privileges for imported goods, provision of favorable tax incentives for local goods in case of joining the Eurasian Economic Union, repression of tax/GDP correlation, etc. Imperfections was identified in each field and the ways for their solution have been suggested.

In the analytical consideration of the step-by-step development of domestic transport engineering, the main directions of the elaborated state strategy are outlined. The established priorities, guidelines and development mechanisms are noted. The relation of strategy to regulatory state regulations and documents is shown, and domestic branch machine-building – in increasing the equipment of railway transport.

This article analyzes the existing models for assessing the image of the territory and concluded that it is necessary to develop a model that allows to assess the image of the territory taking into account all the main target audiences. The study of models of the image of the territory considered in the scientific literature was carried out by the method of traditional (non-formalized) analysis of documents on the basis of scientific publications of Russian and foreign authors. The author suggests using the «ideal point» model to assess the image of the territory. At the same time, the assessment of the image of the territory should be carried out for all groups of consumers, taking into account the weight coefficients reflecting the importance of opinions and the number of respondents of each group.

According to the author, the lack of unified approaches to the calculation of financial indicators, the multiple interpretations of their meanings ​​and the imperfection of information support of financial analysis hamper the effectiveness of economic entities operating under market principles. The existing approach to determining the financial condition of an enterprise does not always give the required qualitative result of an evaluation of its financial and economic activities. This article presents the results of a pilot research aimed at studying HIV infection risk self-assessment in women of childbearing age. The study involved 50 women. All ethical aspects in conducting studies involving human subjects were observed. According to the study design, a semi-structured interview was conducted with each participant. The interview was aimed at studying the socio-demographic characteristics of childbearing age women, their knowledge of HIV infection and ways of transmission, contraception use, and preventive measures. The data obtained during the study showed that the vast majority of women have the correct knowledge of HIV infection. For all women of childbearing age, it is important not to become infected with HIV. However, most women, including those who are at risk of HIV, do not use barrier contraception methods. Women of childbearing age who were at real HIV infection risk were also identified. Those women subjectively do not consider themselves at any risk.

This article in detail describes the interview that was designed and tested. The interview is devoted to the issues of grief and coping with loss. The interview consists of 32 questions, divided into 7 blocks. The presented blocks cover the main aspects of experiencing and coping with loss. This method will be useful for both consulting psychologists and those who conduct studies in the field of mourning and bereavement.
