This article discusses the concept of bankruptcy, and the article also examines the specifics of considering an application for declaring a citizen bankrupt, the procedure for considering bankruptcy cases, honest or intentional bankruptcy, disputed transactions in bankruptcy. The legal consequences associated with declaring an individual bankrupt and the problems of the operation of the bankruptcy law are considered.

The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation with international organizations in the implementation of global anti-corruption policy. The author provides an analysis of specific international organizations in the field of combating corruption activities, as well as the order, legal basis and methods of interaction of the organizations under consideration with the prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation.

В последнее время много сделано в сфере борьбы с коррупционными преступлениями, однако статистика показывает, что количество данных преступлений, и, прежде всего, взяточничества, продолжает увеличиваться. Это говорит о необходимости совершенствования уголовного законодательства. Автором также рассмотрена проблема взяточничества в органах внутренних дел.

The relevance of the article is due to the significance of the problem of corruption for the modern world. According to the latest United Nations estimates, the annual volume of bribes in all countries is estimated at a trillion dollars. Due to corruption, the state loses about 2.6 trillion dollars. To combat corruption, almost every country has an anti-corruption policy, which means the activities of public authorities at different levels, public organizations and citizens aimed at preventing and combating corruption. Today, the problem of conducting a truly effective anti-corruption policy is quite acute for most states. Thus, over the past decade, 154 out of 180 countries have shown negative dynamics or remained at the same level in the Corruption Perception Index. This study gives a general look into third-year Public health majors’ time management and their corresponding to their time schedule. A monolingual questionnaire was designed to generally survey student’s time managing skills as well as some relevant factors that may link to their behaviors towards time management. It has been revealed that a number of students still haven’t in total control of managing time with the lack of essential methods. In addition, procrastination, interruption and disorganization seemed to be the main factors that influenced many students’ management of time. In the recommendation, techniques are suggested to help students organize work and schedule better, also methods to stop procrastinating and improve their time management.
