The activities of SevNC RAO are aimed at ensuring the innovative development of the educational system of the city of Sevastopol as an environment of educational opportunities designed to ensure the advanced development of pedagogical education and society as a whole, solving the tasks set in the National Project "Education". The provision of the federal and regional education development program and its effective functioning is aimed at meeting the needs of the region's education system in teaching staff, managers, persons providing the educational process, other consumers in continuing education, teaching staff in obtaining pedagogical professional training required for teacher professional, career and personal growth, in improving professional competence.

A survey conducted by the author of the article (using survey methods and in-depth interviews) of 20 experts who are highly qualified specialists in the field of counteracting ethnic conflicts, results of mass sociological research on the Cossacks, as well as an analysis of scientific works and media publications on the topic of the study allowed to determine the degree of effectiveness of the activity the main actors in the field of suppression of ethno-religious conflicts. The actions of the FSB and the National Anti-Terrorist Committee were recognized as the most effective (score "5"). The experts highly appreciated the effectiveness of the work of the National Guard and the police ("4"). Cossack organizations received an average assessment of the effectiveness of activities to suppress ethnic conflicts ("3"). Not high enough ("2") experts assess the effectiveness of the activities of voluntary people's guards and other public law enforcement formations.

The content of the article reveals theoretical positions on the implementation of a technological approach to the design of the educational process in a modern kindergarten.

This research aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the psychosocial adaptation of managers and coaches in a sports organization. The study involved 22 mangers and 30 coaches (32 men and 20 women). Roger's and Dymond's questionnaire was used in the study. According to the results of the study, managers had significantly (p <.05) higher estimates of the adaptation, self-acceptance, internality and tendency to dominate than coaches. No significant differences were found between estimates of components as acceptance of others, emotional comfort, tendency to deception and avoiding problems.

Sport has a great impact on a person, as it develops mental and physical skills, forms the worldview, patriotism, awareness, creativity of children and adolescents, which can successfully integrate into the modern environment. Research aim – to analyze the literature and to reveal aspects of communication and organizational competences development through sport.

In the present study the institution of complicity is considered, namely, the authors focus on the mastermind as one of the components of complicity. This type of complicity today has, from the point of view of the scientific community, quite a large number of debatable questions about its establishment as the “person behind the crime” and bringing it to criminal responsibility. Authors have tried to disclose the existing dispute and, accordingly, to offer a solution to the present controversial issues in the legal presentation of the national legislation. These judgments in scientific research could find a more effective incrimination of the positions proposed by the authors in practice.

The urgency of the issue treated in this paper is determined by the fact that the federal law requires personal data operators to guarantee the safety of processed personal data by developing security systems based on a number of organizational and technical security measures, as well as their evaluation. When choosing the organisational and technical security measures, the problem of having to consider a large number of normative and procedural documents which regulate this process arises. The aim of this study is to develop the procedural guidelines for choosing and assessing the effectiveness of suggested organizational and technical security measures for data protection in personal data information systems.

In this article, the issue of creating an effective organizational policy in a medical facility is considered. Each organization should build its own strategy for managing the organization, based on implementing (depending on its field of work) a number of methods for creating channels of communication with its employees. Organizing each activity requires allocating tasks and resources among participants and coordinating their efforts by implementing a clear system of rules. Building a good organizational culture regulates relationships in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy embedded in the organization’s policies, rules of play and behavior, and the feelings or climate that accompany the physical existence of the organization itself. The culture of work, relationships, and attitude to various contractors inform and enable the exchange of opinions, experiences, positions, and beliefs. It reveals a system of beliefs and values discovered, established and developed by the team, formed teams, and employees of the hospital structure that determine how everything is done in principle, rather than specific relationships related to the implementation of a specific task. Effective communication with employees is also achieved by organizing and encouraging regular meetings between managers and employees, regarding issues related to the workflow, organization of activities, ergonomics in the workplace and, finally, creating effective communication channels and forms of communication. Communication is a management tool for achieving goals and objectives in a highly competitive environment, such as hospital care.

The article is devoted to the created powerful Federal Executive body – the Federal service of the Russian Federation national guard troops. The authors emphasize that the creation of this body was due to the desire to protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, and to ensure state, public and information security, which are the most important elements of the national security of the country. The tasks and powers of the Russian Federation national guard troops are described.

The subject of the study is a strain of Bacillus subtilis PSF-19 isolated by us from vegetable raw materials (Passiflora preparation), which is capable of producing antimicrobial substance (AMV) suppressing pathogenic bacteria. The article discusses the method and conditions of extraction from the culture fluid fraction of AMV, active against Listeria monocytogenes – one of the dangerous intestinal pathogens that infect food. Using biochemical methods and mass spectroscopy, the molecular weight and the peptide nature of the active fraction of AMV were determined. A fraction of AMV with a molecular weight of 3,4–3,6 kDa has bactericidal activity, which is destroyed by treatment with proteolytic enzymes, which allowed it to be attributed to the group of low-molecular antimicrobial peptides – bacteriocins. The studies allow to consider the strain Bacillus subtilis PSF-19 as a producer of bacteriocin, especially effective against pathogens of intestinal listeriosis. The establishment of the fact of destructibility of proteolytic enzymes, finding the conditions of microbiological synthesis of AMV, its isolation and accumulation for research, provide opportunities for practical use as a means for decontamination of the environment instead of traditional antibiotics.

In this article, following the rules of the game is an important indicator of the development of game activities of preschool children, as the plot and role – playing games have the potential for the formation and development of gaming skills. As the study of this article shows, the stability of children in subordination to the game rule during the role-playing game is constantly increasing and between the role and the rule, which dictates a certain role, there are always naturally changing relationships. The article also presents recommendations for teachers of preschool institutions on direct and indirect management of role-playing game.

The article is devoted to the mutual trade and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia. The author points out that current political situation in the South Caucasus region and balance of power contribute to creation of preconditions for the development of Armenian-Georgian relations and raise them to a qualitatively new level. These relations are based not on political, but on trade economic benefit-oriented considerations. The author comes to the conclusion that political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Georgia is in many ways based on trade and energy transit through Georgian territory and it is comparatively small, though it keeps gradually growing. For example, already in 2017 Georgia was the sixth largest trade partner of Armenia in export volume (USD 155212.5 thousand).
