The authors attempt to analyze the status of activities of public organizations in the Chuvash Republic. The article describes the main directions of activities of individual organizations. The purpose of these organizations is to form cultural, national and civic consciousness.

The article examines the problem of the effectiveness of preventing Internet addiction and analyzes possible options for preventing Internet addiction among younger schoolchildren. The author suggests addressing the problem in a comprehensive manner, developing social and pedagogical prevention programs using the potential of the educational environment and taking into account the specific interests and needs of specific students.

Three categories are considered in the article from the point of different authors: «transnationalization», «organizational structure», «hospitality industry». Using content analysis of those components, author determination of term «transnational organizational structure in hospitality industry» has been suggested. Time management is the key to perfectly organizations, there for be the key to great success in life. Time is an abstract value that people can easily slip out the most precious moment in a blink of an eye. To manage such a complex object can be difficult task for youngster without experiment in real life, especially college students. This study gives a general look into third-year Public health majors’ time management and their corresponding to their time schedule. A monolingual questionnaire was designed to generally survey student’s time managing skills as well as some relevant factors that may link to their behaviors towards time management. It has been revealed that a number of students still haven’t in total control of managing time with the lack of essential methods. In addition, procrastination, interruption and disorganization seemed to be the main factors that influenced many students’ management of time. In the recommendation, techniques are suggested to help students organize work and schedule better, also methods to stop procrastinating and improve their time management.

The given article justifies the necessity to engage adolescent students to physical culture. Based upon the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the author concludes that a traditional approach in physical culture classes, used in the majority of schools, is unattractive for teenagers. They are interested in other sports, which are popular among their age mates. The conclusion is that in the current situation it is necessary to review the content of physical education (taking into account dominant motivation of school students to physical culture and sports based on gender preferences).

The scientific approaches to the integration of educational institutions in the social potential of the region are analyzed in the article. This model taking into account the mission of the educational institution, algorithms and implementation of the logistics functions of institutional «players» third sector. The article discusses the position of Russian science in the 1990s, which, in this period, due to the lack of financial support from the state, was in a deplorable condition, because it did not have alternative livelihood. The support from the American exchange and research programs and funds actually became the main base for survival to many research areas in our country in this period, especially in the Humanities. In the article the author points out positive aspects of the activities of U.S. exchange programs and foundations that contributed to the survival and, in some cases, the establishment and development of new research directions, especially in the Humanities and public sphere. In addition, thanks to the American programs, there was an exchange of experiences and ideas between representatives of the research communities of Russia and the USA. However, despite overall positive effect from the activities of U.S. programs and funds in our country in the 1990s, there were also negative factors. The main of them was the so-called «brain drain» as a result of which, many Russian researchers, through exchange programs, once abroad, preferred to remain and continue their research activities outside of Russia.
