Patent researches of a technical level and tendencies of development of technologies and the equipment for reception of quickly restored functional food products are carried out.

Involving pupils in the teaching and research activities is one of the main directions of the modern educational system which help teachers makе pupils initiative and active. The purpose of the course is the organization conditions which will allow pupils to learn a skill of research and develop research type of thinking.

To ensure food security in the regions of the North of Russia, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the territories of these regions, including natural resources and natural and climatic conditions, the availability and prospects for the development of the economy and industry, the potential for implementing investment projects, and the state of the transport infrastructure.

In this article it is studied how various factors in combination influence the formation of intellectual property institution and influence the development of the innovative activity of the Russian economy. The effect of each factor on the share of innovation production in the total output in the Russian economy is calculated. The field materials collected in the farms of the Olenek National Evenk District show the use of indicators for the adaptation criteria of traditional agriculture in the modern agricultural system. Actual data on three indicators of the activities of workers and their farms were introduced into scientific circulation: the number of farms and the availability of land and natural resources; the development of farms based on a set of five key indicators of their economic activity; opinions of workers about their traditional lifestyle in the countryside.

The article considers models of risk assessment that can be applied to cargo transportation, for forecasting possible damage in the form of financial and material costs in order to reduce the percentage of probability of their occurrence. The analysis of risk by the method «Criterion. Event. Rule" is represented. This method is based on the collection of information by various methods, assigning an assessment to the identified risks, ranking and formulating a report on the analysis. It can be carried out as a fully manual mechanical method of information collecting and performing calculations or can be brought to an automated level from data collection to the delivery of finished results (but in this case some nuances that could significantly influence the outcome of the analysis can be ignored). The expert method is of particular importance, since it relies directly on human experience. In this case, a special role is played by the human factor. The collection of information and the assigned assessments to risk groups depend on the extent to which experts agree on this issue. The smaller the fluctuations in the values ​​of the estimates of the experts, the more accurate and optimal the results will be.

Summary: The work shows that in the modern domestic liberal historiography of Russian emigration, there is a tendency to conceal and hide political problems raised by Russian monarchists. And, on the contrary, in the works of representatives of the patriotic direction, a wide range of views of Russian monarchists, centered around the Masonic problem and the struggle against Bolshevism, are being explored. The system of estimations by Russian right-wing representatives of the «philosophical steamer» as «apologists of Freemasonry» and the bearers of the ideas of «Masonic democracy» and also as «reformers of Orthodoxy» was reconstructed. The specifics of the struggle of Russian patriotic circles of white emigration with the Russian Masonic lodges restored abroad are shown. The anti-Masonic activities of the Russian Church abroad are considered. As the highest achievement of anti-Masonic publicism is considered the religious and political philosophy of the history of Russian monarchists. The author believe that the main historiographic criterion for distinguishing the political activity of Russian emigration should be recognized as its pro-Masonic or anti-Masonic orientation. As a result of the research, the author come to the conclusion that the anti-Masonic activities of the Russian right largely objectively reflected the main contradiction of the Russian history of «post-October abroad» as the struggle of Russian patriotic monarchists and the Orthodox Church abroad with the Russophobic forces of the West, whose concentrated expression was Freemasonry.

The article has discussed the problem concerning the absence of a unified method in the impact assessment of the quality management system. The author has indicated the documents that allow defining the impact assessment of the quality management system. The paper contains the hierarchical criteria structure on effectiveness of the quality management system.

The article considers a set of factors that have a positive effect on the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, which determines the mechanisms of pedagogical influence on students in the process of subject learning. The types and characteristics of the factors are presented. The necessity of their realization in the educational process is grounded. We assumed: if the process of forming the research abilities of students in art lessons takes place under conditions of simultaneous influence of a number of circumstances that require adequate research behavior from students, then the factors determining this process should be understood as driving forces as a necessary condition determining its nature. And on this basis, we will carry out our search. We have identified a set of factors that affect the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, it seems to us quite sufficient as an environment of pedagogical influence on students in the implementation of the goal.
