This article is devoted to the questions of the crisis phenomena in Russian economy in sector of a monetary and credit system and a role of economic policy of the monetary authorities (Bank of Russia) in ensuring financial stability. Short assessment of the main macroeconomic indicators of the country economy is given. The author is describing the actions of economic management regarding monetary control. It is inexpedient that the Central Bank for carrying out the tough restriction policy directed to oppression of economic development and further primitivizing of national economy. It is offered to transform monetary policy for ensuring anti-recessionary actions exiting the stagnating condition.

The problem of enhancing students’ motivation to foreign language learning is considered in this article. In this context a special place is taken by the methods of foreign language teaching on the basis of native language and learning language comparison, identification of language specific features and common features inherent to different languages, language universals. Эти решения являются гармоническими функциями декартовых координат, и для их расчета можно использовать мощный аппарат теории функций комплексной переменной (ТФКП). Развитый метод позволил выполнить расчет потенциалов конических полей, обладающих средней плоскостью.

Результатом является освоение обучающимися технологии коучинга, построение личных карьерных планов, повышение уровня индивидуальной осознанности, развитие личностных и профессиональных компетенций, соответствующих требованиям будущей профессии, что как следствие приводит к повышению качества подготовки молодых специалистов и лучшей адаптированности к профессиональной деятельности.
