The author points out that for the full development of preschool children, psychological and pedagogical conditions are necessary that promote the development of the child's emotional sphere. One of the effective conditions is the use of effective methods of familiarization with the nature of the native land, which contribute to the development of emotional representations. Important conditions for the formation of emotional representations through familiarization with nature are: the organization of direct interaction with objects of nature in the course of observation and practical activity, the creation of situations for the accumulation and expansion of the experience of emotional representations associated with natural phenomena.

Abstract. The article is devoted to analysis of core functions and the leading trends in modern education comparative studies (comparative pedagogy), presented in the writings of the most authoritative representatives of pedagogical thought in the United Kingdom Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Against the background of the brief scientific essays portraits of several British scientists, it highlights the main ideas of scientific creativity, sketches of articles showing how their contents serve comparative literature in Britain as a whole (as an approach, method and the study per se). As a result of this comparative analysis, the author outlines the most important functions of the educational comparative science and the approaches on which it is based, that can be useful for the Russian education.

The present monograph gives a brief overview of the latest achievements in biosensor and multiplex immunological methods of research. The role of immunological researches in such scientific fields as human and animal infection disease detection, biosafety and biosecurity, food safety, environmental safety is discussed. The different types of immunological tests design have been described briefly; some formats of tests are shown in figures. The references are sufficient to allow the reader to examine interesting areas more deeply. The selected examples of biosensor and multiplex immunological methods are classified through their research format and their detection strategy. In conclusion, prospects of multiplex test system use as an immunological method of research for infectious diseases diagnostics is given.

The field materials collected in the farms of the Olenek National Evenk District show the use of indicators for the adaptation criteria of traditional agriculture in the modern agricultural system. The article considers models of risk assessment that can be applied to cargo transportation, for forecasting possible damage in the form of financial and material costs in order to reduce the percentage of probability of their occurrence. The analysis of risk by the method «Criterion. Event. Rule" is represented. This method is based on the collection of information by various methods, assigning an assessment to the identified risks, ranking and formulating a report on the analysis. It can be carried out as a fully manual mechanical method of information collecting and performing calculations or can be brought to an automated level from data collection to the delivery of finished results (but in this case some nuances that could significantly influence the outcome of the analysis can be ignored). The expert method is of particular importance, since it relies directly on human experience. In this case, a special role is played by the human factor. The collection of information and the assigned assessments to risk groups depend on the extent to which experts agree on this issue. The smaller the fluctuations in the values ​​of the estimates of the experts, the more accurate and optimal the results will be.

The article considers a set of factors that have a positive effect on the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, which determines the mechanisms of pedagogical influence on students in the process of subject learning. The types and characteristics of the factors are presented. The necessity of their realization in the educational process is grounded. We assumed: if the process of forming the research abilities of students in art lessons takes place under conditions of simultaneous influence of a number of circumstances that require adequate research behavior from students, then the factors determining this process should be understood as driving forces as a necessary condition determining its nature. And on this basis, we will carry out our search. We have identified a set of factors that affect the formation of research abilities of students in art lessons, it seems to us quite sufficient as an environment of pedagogical influence on students in the implementation of the goal.
