This article presents creative work as a main production factor in the context of realization of democratic model of market economy. According to the author the role of creative activity becomes more important at the current stage of human development.

The article describes a chinch bug Kleidocerys resedae (Panzer, 1797) as a pest of deciduous trees. The main purpose of the work is to determine the percentage of damaged deciduous trees of different types, which were damaged by the pest bug and the influence of climatic factors on their numbers. The main work results are the following: calculated percentage of the trees leaf blades damage, the researcher has indicated the percentage of deciduous trees, damaged by bugs, presented a phenocalendar of a chinch bug development and the occurrence of pests’ frequency in number. The author concluded that the main limiting factor, affecting the increase in the number of bugs is a high moisture level in Almaty.

This article focuses on such a highly relevant subject as the prevention and correction of deviant behavior in the adolescent environment. The study revealed the main vectors for the development of the modern science of deviant behavior, identified the main causes of deviations and carried out a comparative analysis of the work on the prevention of deviant behavior in the CIS countries and abroad. The article presents research-based materials, indicating the current problems of land of reindeer pastures in the Nenets Autonomous District, which are expressed by a lack of large- and medium-scale geobotanical maps that capture the state of the vegetation cover under the influence of agro-climatic and anthropogenic impacts and regional norms of feeding the reindeer for solutions on the rational use of pastures.

This article defines the factors forecasting significancy, affecting development, birth and survival rate of the children with congenital heart disorder. The families with children with congenital heart disorder and without it and 105 children with congenital heart disorder are studied. The authors use such research methods as polling and complex clinical and functional examination of children with congenital heart disorder. More important factors, indicating the high risk of the baby with congenital heart disorder impregnation, baby’s formed congenital heart disorder probability, characteristics, designating the chance of live birth with congenital heart disorder are considered.

In the article the effect of exogenous factors on the state and properties of hair on the human head using various techniques of microscopy as well as other morphometric methods are studied; on the basis of experimental samples the physical properties of healthy hair and the hair damaged by external factors by using microscopy techniques were compared; the article presents the values of pH and the content of surfactants (sulfates) in different brands of shampoos and soaps, and their impact on the condition of the hair was determined; on the basis of microscopy techniques the condition of the cuticle after using different detergents for hair care was characterized; a relationship between the color of the hair and the influence of external factors on the structure and condition of the hair was analyzed; the signs of the impact of external factors (chemical, thermal, mechanical) on the state and structure of the hair, using an optical (light) and an usb-microscopes were identified.

The aim of the study was to examine the characteristics of leadership qualities in 1st year and 3rd year students enrolled in Lithuanian colleges. To achieve this goal 36-point Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, developed by Bass and Avolio, was used. The results showed that 3rd year students have significantly higher levels of inspiration, compared with 1st year students.
